It was pleasant staying there. Room no 518 AC need maintenance
Cons:

Bathroom layout is just opposite. AC was noisy and required maintenance.

Pros:

1. Location is around 500 meters to Secunderabad Railway Station
2. Breakfast was fairly good
3. Lunch was good and kids friendly and customisable
4. Kitchen staff and room attendants were nice and cordial

Cons:

1. Internet speed was 5-7 mbps - not suitable for work. (However, with a 5G smart phone you can get around 70-80 mbps - but the signal might fluctuate)
2. The facility is very old, furniture, bed, restroom.. expect wear and tear and broken items
3. Black moulds between tile joints of every bathroom. I checked at least 4-5 standard rooms
4. Commode is pretty worn out and loose
5. Lighting: Many lights in the room were not working
6. Linen: All the linen were stained and unclean. Had to replace 3-4 times to get a better one. Unfortunately all towels were not cleaned properly. Pillows badly stained.
7. Water: Expect max luke warm water. Could not distinguish weather warm by sun or geyser
8. Receptionist was not at all friendly both male and female
9. Customer care is very poor in response time, response quality, resolution time and showed bad behaviour
10. Drinking Water : you get insufficient water for drinking. It does not have RO facility. Every additional bottle is charged.
11. Air Conditioning - No fans in the room. A/C is towards a corner and does not cool the room uniformly.
12. Electric kettle was stained and dirty. They replaced it upon requesting.
