Really bad rooms with so much bad smell and very poor equipment

the location was good.

Cons:

We have booked in one of your hotels, after the payment you send me a e mail taht we gettibg Upgraded to another of your hotels….

The room was smelly, the kitchen was very very pooor, the rooms were not cleaned properly, the bathroom was very smelly…..I also told the guy on the reception, he offered me another room… i have checked it but it was same…. Same smell, same poor equipment… we decided to stay in the original room….

Also the Booking guarantee that we not gonna be charged anything else then what we payed…
on the reception he asked me to tap my card to the terminal so they book some money from my card as a safety deposit…..
you should pay us safety deposit for what we got from you guys….

Great comfortable stay! Only issue was one of the heaters had an issue and seemed to cause the electricity to short circ

Whole place to ourselves

Cons:

Area is uphill and on the 2nd floor so it was a bit of a hassle bringing our luggages in the snow

Z powodu remontu zostaliśmy zakwaterowani.w.Enter Viking. Duży, dobrze wyposażony apartament. Świetna lokalizacja.

Sentralt, veldig hyggelig personale

Cons:

Ikke godt vasket, hull i veggene, manglet en del ting som vi spurte om på forhånd om var tilgjengelig. Verdens minste varmtvannstank når det var 7 sengeplasser så fikk bare en person dusjet på morgenen i 10 minutter før det var tomt for varmtvann :/

No sé si lo recomiendo…
Pros:

Reserve por booking con “enter backpack apartments”, nadie me avisó que el check in y el departamento era en otra dirección (5 min a pie más abajo). Deje a mi familia con las maletas más arriba y fui a recoger la llave (ya que en la dirección indicada no había NADIE!) y ahí me dijeron que el departamento estaba justo al lado… una pérdida de tiempo total, comunicación nula. Era mi cumpleaños, lo había avisado, y no recibí nada especial. Me dijeron que me habían hecho “upgrade” pero no era cierto… el departamento es funcional, cómodo y está bien ubicado. El utensilio de cocina es poco y está bastante en mal estado (sobretodo las sartenes). No hay lavadora ni secadora. Al ducharte, el agua se sale por todos lados. Es funcional para una corta estancia como la nuestra, sin embargo la falta de comunicación y detalles no generaron una buena impresión en mi, siendo que también trabajo en hostelería. No lo recomiendo.

Backpack im Zentrum
Pros:

Günstige Unterkunft für eine Nacht. P beim Haus. Zentral gelegen. Kleine Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht für eine Nacht.

Cons:

Betten sind für mich viel zu weich. Sehr kleine Räume, sehr steile und enge Treppe bis oben (schwierig mit grossen Gepäckstücken)

The staff is very nice and helpful. The apartment is nice, clean, cozy and well furnished. It's also very central and close to the harbor or bus station. The common area is very nice.

Cons:

The rooms are small and don't have good soundproof. Only one of them has closet.

Excelente estadía, cómoda y cálida.
Pros:

Ubicación, comodidad y comfort.
Ambiente cálido para los días de frío.
Agua caliente excelente para el momento de la ducha.
Espacio amplio para que se alojen hasta 6 personas.
A minutos del centro de la ciudad, tuvimos la suerte de ver auroras desde la puerta del alojamiento, incluso con la temporada finalizada.

Cons:

Solo a modo de sugerencia, añadiría un espejo en al menos una habitación, ya que solo hay uno en el
Baño y al ser 6 personas podría ser útil contar con uno adicional.
El TV del living comedor era antiguo y no se conectaba a internet, para los días fríos es interesante contar con ello para pasar el rato.
