Die Qualität des Essens abends im Restaurant war sehr gut .
Das historische Gebäude ist ansprechend. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Trotz Lage direkt an der Strasse ist es abends ruhig. Guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge.
Die Begrüßung und Bedienung bei unserer Ankunft war sehr nett.

Cons:

Leider hat man uns trotz Nachfrage bei der Ankunft keine Gästekarten ausgestellt. Das Personal konnte uns auf mehrfache Nachfrage dazu nicht korrekt informieren. So haben uns die Aktivitäten, Besuch der Kitzlochklamm, Fahrt mit der Hochalmbahn zur Greifvogelhütte viel Geld gekostet. Erst beim Kauf der Fahrkarten für die Hochbahnalm wurden wir vom Fahrkartenverkäufer informiert, dass wir doch eigentlich mit der uns zustehenden Gästekarte kostenlos hätten fahren können. Auf erneute jetzt telefonische Nachfrage wurden uns dann Gästekarten geschickt - leider zu spät, denn eigentlich wären diese Aktivitäten mit der Karte kostenfrei gewesen. Sehr, sehr unerfreulich, ärgerlich und teuer. Und leider gab es im Haus nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung dafür. Ein sehr befremdliches Verhalten.

Wspaniały obiekt oraz okolica nie nadrobią negatywnej aury tworzonej przez właściciela.

Czystość w obiekcie oraz lokalizacja.

Cons:

Opryskliwy właściciel. Idealna komunikacja drogą elektroniczną do momentu prośby o fakturę za pobyt. Następnie kontakt został urwany pomimo wielokrotnych próśb przez serwis booking.com oraz zaangażowania w ten proces obsługi klienta. Podejście jak na kraj trzeciego świata, nie w sercu Europy. Nie polecam.

Grundsätzkich alles in Ordnung.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut und das Frühstück konnte zuvorkommender Weise schon vor der üblichen Zeit (wegen Sportveranstaltung) eingenommen werden.

Cons:

Der Preis über Booking war gegenüber einer direkten Buchung in der Unterkunft unverhältnismäßig höher.
