Myco and Glenn were friendly and very helpful with reservations on tours and restaurant recommendations -- Kinkajou Night Walk, El Puebla Coffee Tour, and the Green Restaurant.
The breakfasts were delicious and fresh. The server was attentive and nice.
Our room was well cleaned and organized each day.
It would have been more comfortable to have the top sheet underneath the blanket, not the other way around.

L'hôtel est très bien et moderne. Le personnel est très gentil. Il y'a des oiseaux autour. On a eu la chance de voir un Motmot (très jolie).
Il faut avoir Waze pour le trouver. Il n'y a aucune indication sur la route principale qui informe que l'hôtel est dans un petit chemin.

We had a wonderful stay as a couple at this beautiful boutique hotel in Monteverde. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. We arrived earlier than the official 3pm check-in time, and although our room was not yet ready, the team kindly gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and explore nearby while we waited.
The hotel offers secure parking, which was very convenient, and they even provided us with a remote control for the electric gate so we could come and go easily outside office hours.
Our room was exceptional — incredibly spacious, with a huge extra-large bed that was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was stunning, featuring a modern walk-in shower and thoughtful amenities including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and even body lotion. The décor throughout the room was stylish and contemporary. We also appreciated the fridge, safe, coffee machine, and the lovely private terrace with a table and two chairs, perfect for relaxing.
The location was ideal for us: only a few minutes from town, yet peaceful and surrounded by nature. Since we had a car, it was also just a short 10-minute drive to the Cloud Forest.
The staff went above and beyond during our stay, even helping us arrange a tour at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Pamela at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful, sharing lots of great local tips. We also visited her newly opened place, Cloudy Bubble, where we enjoyed a delicious cappuccino and cake.
Breakfast was included ( delicious ) and they were extremely accommodating by allowing us to have it before the official hrs (7am) so we were able to visit the cloud forest as soon as they opened the gate for the visitors !
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful rooms, fantastic service, and a perfect base for exploring Monteverde. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
The only thing I can think of is the absence of a pool
