FABULOUS, We will be staying here again.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The property was very clean. Breakfast was great. The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable. There was no noise from outside, which was wonderful for a great night's sleep

Cons:

The only thing was external painting was taking place so it obscured our view but it was not a problem.

Pros:

I like the room size, spacious, and the 65" tv , the breakfast, location is easy to get a car.

Cons:

I did not have the adaptor that would fit the wall socket. Good thing the front desk help us ,we arrive after 12midnight

Great central location with incredibly friendly staff
Pros:

Great central location for our few days in Saigon. Plenty of little shops, cafes and stores within walking distance, as well as a good starting spot by Grab for all of the must see spots in Saigon.
The facilities were great - pool, sauna, gym & kids playroom. Accomodation was clean, tidy and everything was in working order. The complimentary filtered water was a great addition.
Staff were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful during our stay.
We stayed at the beginning of our time in Vietnam, and again before returning home to Australia, when we arrived to check in the second time the staff welcomed us back like family!

Pros:

We thought the property was very nice. We liked the option of ordering breakfast made to order along with the buffet options as well. The restaurant is actually quite good for dinner if needed. The gym was one of the best in any hotel we ever stayed in. I would stay again.

Cons:

The store downstairs basically had notihing in it ... literally.

Excellent family apartment
Pros:

We had a spacious 3 bedroom apartment for our family of five. We really enjoyed having space to spread out after travelling for several weeks. The pool was excellent, with towels provided. There was plenty of fresh filtered water and a large kitchen. The hotel is easy walking distance to many key attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Great location, really friendly and helpful staff. Gym and pool facilities were lovely. Kids playroom was a big highlight for our 1 year old, plenty of things to do! The included bottled drinking water was also a big highlight which saves us having to buy and lug around bottles of water everyday.

Beds were a little too firm

Excellent location for a short visit to HCMC.
Pros:

Staff was exceptionally helpful throughout our process. Ken, Nhon, & everyone took such good care. Excellent location in District 1. Breakfast was good. Pool was lovely. Cafe on the property open from 7:00-22:00.

Pros:

All the staff were sooooo helpful and friendly. It made our stay so much more enjoyable. Having arrived late at night and being our first time in Vietnam we were a bit hesitant in crossing the road and a staff member came out to walk us to the restaurant that they highly recommended! Even the security guards were so friendly! The rooms were all very clean and whenever we needed any amenities there was never a delay in delivering to our room. It was a great start to our trip in Vietnam.
