Did not have breakfast due to early flight at 5.30. Liked the east access to international with shuttle at 2.30 am. Only drawback was leaving car and dropped at aurport and finding way to the Novotel as no access allowed by long term car park shuttle . Found our way ok though!

Clean room, and a lovely, varied breakfast buffet. Traditional British fare , yummy pastries and also healthy options, like being able to use their juicers to juice your own juice! I used carrot, apple, kale and celery. We picked this hotel because it was walkable from the airport (literally around the corner from Terminal 4) and we didn’t have any particular expectations, but it was lovely!

It was a little challenging to find the hotel - signage leaving the airport terminal wasn't great.

Food at restaurant wasn’t that great but reception at Novotel ibis was exceptional especially the 2 men of Indian ethnicity. There service was the best
It was clean and we were offered a room upgrade. The buffet breakfast was superb! If given another chance, I would book the same hotel. Bocatta restaurant was awesome too!
