La unibacion muy buena, limpio y cómodo.

Cons:

Hace falta tener un ambiente más fresco en la recepción y el salón de desayuno. No tiene aire condicionado en esta zona y en los días de calor se concentra una temperatura muy alta, ya que no hay como refrescarlo. Hace un poco incómodo comer así

Hay mejores opciones calidad precio.
Cons:

No me gustó el hotel creeria que para calidad precio encuentras otras opciones en Bucaramanga. Enredado el tema del parqueadero, encontrar entrada, es bulloso, las almohadas no son comodas, no me gustó.

Pros:

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De portier met de bagage en andere adviezen, maar in het bijzonder bij de nazorg toen onze zoon bij aankomst viel in de lobby en een verwonding op liep. Het hotel regelde zonder extra kosten medische assistentie. Top! De liggen bij de mall is ook perfect.

Cons:

Ons uitzicht was beperkt maar een andere kamer van de familie had een prachtig uitzicht. Het is dus afhankelijk aan welke kant van het gebouw je zit.
