We had a very enjoyable stay at Sonesta Hotel. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the customer service was outstanding (they even remind my birthday and prepared a cake). A special thank you to John and Roque, the bellmen, for their excellent service and warm welcome. We would also like to recognize Andrea, who looked after us so well during breakfast with her attention to detail, and Marcela, who cleaned our room and always greeted us with a smile.

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location inside a shopping centre. It gave us easy access to restaurants and shops, and most importantly, it made us feel much safer throughout our stay.

Cons:

There are a few areas that could be improved. We stayed for seven days, and the breakfast selection was exactly the same every morning, so a little more variety would make a big difference for longer stays. The lighting in the bathrooms, hallways, and other common areas felt quite dim. We also found that the exposed ceiling with visible ducts in the rooms gave the space an unfinished and somewhat gloomy atmosphere.
