Mi experiencia en el Sonesta Bucaramanga fue positiva en general. Las instalaciones son modernas, cómodas y agradables; además, me gustó mucho la conexión directa con el centro comercial, que resulta bastante práctica. También destaco especialmente la amabilidad y el buen servicio del personal.
la llegada al hotel en vehículo me resultó un poco complicada. La zona donde está ubicado tiene bastante tráfico, especialmente en horas pico, y las indicaciones de Google Maps, junto con el acceso al parqueadero, pueden resultar algo confusas para quien visita el hotel por primera vez. En mi caso llegué de noche y en hora pico, y esto hizo que la llegada fuera un poco estresante.
También considero importante mejorar la puntualidad del servicio de desayuno. El día de mi salida necesitaba desayunar temprano y, aunque el horario informado indicaba que el servicio comenzaba a las 6:00 a. m., a esa hora todavía no se encontraba todo dispuesto. Para quienes debemos iniciar un viaje temprano, sería importante que a la hora establecida el desayuno estuviera completamente disponible.
