Faltou limpeza
Pros:

Localização e estrutura

Cons:

Limpeza. Muito ruim. Em um dos quartos haviam cabelos no ralo do banheiro e manchas de café na bancada da sala.
No outro quarto o chão estava muito sujo. Claramente não haviam limpado os quartos, apenas arrumado. Um dos quartos inclusive só foi liberado as 16:30, o que é estranho já que claramente não houve limpeza.

Cons:

So, first off, we got a room that wasn't the one we booked and paid for. When we got there, they told us our room was changed. Then we tried to sort it out with the housekeeper, but she didn't speak much English. This whole "no staff" hotel thing might work sometimes, but definitely not here. Breakfast was a letdown, and they don't even change your towels unless you fill out a form.

Foarte confortabil și curat.
Pros:

Foarte curat și ușor accesibil. Paturile foarte comode. Nu este foarte departe de centru, se poate ajunge relativ ușor. Am apreciat mult și cum s-au gândit la nevoile animăluțului de companie. Recomand.

セキュリティーがしっかりしています。
近くにスーパーマーケットや手軽なレストランなどがあります。
利用はしませんでしたが、空港までのバスの停留所が近くにあります。駅までも同じ路線です。

Mi é piaciuta la collocazione, il design della stanza, la pulizia e anche questa modalità di non passare dalla reception l'ho apprezzata.

L' impossibilità di poter usufruire della sala colazione poiché il mio pet non poteva entrare.

It was a one night stay and it was relatively close to Mirabel so-ok. The garage below (24EUR per day) is a plus but safety could be an issue as it's directly accessible from the street.

Cons:

Cleanliness wasn't at its best, especially in the bathroom. Also sticky floor in the room.

Manglende personale, AI svaret fint på basic spørgsmål, men når der virkelig er problemer er der ikke meget hjælp, i flere tilfælde blev vi informeret om at vi ville blive kontaktet, men det skete aldrig.

The hotel, comfortable, clean and convenient enabled us to enjoy and make the most of our stay.
Pros:

We paid for room only. Location was fine - a walk from the centre of the city, but easy enough to do and pleasant. Very good communication via SMS re checking in. Glad to find fridge, microwave and utensils in the room and coffee machine. Didn't use the microwave, but made use of everything else.

Cons:

More pods for the coffee machine would have been appreciated.

مرتب حدا ونظيف وغرف ممتازه

Cons:

عدم وجود مواقف خاصه لهم وتحجز الموقف وهو في نفس المبنى ويحب الحجز قبل يوم والموقع يبعد عن السنتر عشر دقائق بالسياره
