Cons:

Man bekam keine Info, dass das Frühstück jetzt vor Ort eingenommen werden kann (bei Buchung ist eine "Lieferung" an das Zimmer versprochen wurden. Das Frühstück ist "ausbaufähig".

Gute Preis-Leistung für Business oder City Besuch
Pros:

Sehr einfache Anfahrt mit Auto und gute sichere Parkplätze (kostet extra). Kleine Wanderung zum Stadtmitte oder ÖV um die Ecke. Komfortables Businesshotel mit sehr gute Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Hervorragende Asian Fusion Restaurant im Erdgeschoss.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage macht zu viel Lärm. Zum schlafen haben wir den ausgeschaltet. Frühstück war einfach (Kenntnis über Unverträglichkeiten fehlte und es gab keine Alternative Esswaren)
Wer Kommunikation mit ein Chatbot ok findet, und kein Personal treffen möchten ist hier gut aufgehoben.

New experience but the results are good
Pros:

For a hotel without any on site staff and communication is only via WhatsApp, their response is very fast. New experience for me but by the end of my stay it’s all very good
The 24/7 suppliers of coffee n tea in lockers areas are appreciating

Cons:

At the beginning the online check in requirement with the scanning of all guests passport are not too easy and a bit worrying with online security concerns. Perhaps in the hotel policy it should mention that no staffs are on site at anytime so we have heads up on it

Room, Staff, Breakfast Buffet, walking distance to Train Station

Cons:

Hotel to Downtown or oldtown we need to ride on the bus not walking distance but it’s fine.

Pros:

Location great, comfortable beds. Great idea having the lockers for your luggage you could still use on the day of checkout. We had a tour booked in the morning so we could store our luggage there u til we came back. Very handy.

We loved it really much.
Pros:

It is just 1,1km far from the railway station, so it was 5-8 min walk only. Check in was easy and quick. The room was well equipped and comfortable.

Cons:

I do not remember that before the booking I have seen that information we need to scan our ID and must send it on a web platform. I do not know what level of IT Security the company has, so sometimes these processes scares me a bit.
