Very happy with this place and will return here again if we come back to Cebu!
Pros:

Front desk staff and security guards very nice and helpful. Our suite is clean, comfortable and spacious. The rate is fair.

Hmmmm... Not the best place.
Pros:

- The staff were nice in person - very respectful and friendly.
- Spacious rooms, comes with a working kitchen + a living room.

Cons:

- Internet was intermittent, not good if you need to work. It would always disconnect in the middle of your meetings.
- Pipes are clogged. I raised this to 2 housekeepers on Week 1 and Week 2 as the toilet would flood when you take a shower. The bathroom sink does the same when you brush your teeth. No action from the building.
- I was given a number to call for Receptionist from 8 AM onwards but I never got anyone to answer my calls. They would reply to SMS but inconsistent as well.

Budget suites , spacious with good amenities
Pros:

The rooms are spacious with refrigerator, microwave, stove and washing machine. The staffs were so courteous. With swimming pool and gym.

Cons:

The location is okay, but no short distance food place or convenient store. The fixtures are outdated, you can hear the A/C behind close door where the washing machine is located too. The sockets needs to be replaced.
