Nothing special

There was no key for the room to lock the room.

There was a lot that could have been improved. On arrival we had to take care we didn't slip on the carpet runners in the hallway which were uneven and dangerous. Simply given the key and shown the kitchen. The room was in fact the dining room with badly fitted carpets, full of the owners paperwork and lots of other items in the drawers and on the table. There was no TV as advertised.
The bed was very small with a mattress that was too small for the shabby bed bases that were not joined and moved apart. The sheet on the bed hadn't been changed, was crumpled and dirty. We opened the curtains and the curtain rail fell off.
We were due to stay there for 3 days and on the 2nd day I had to sleep on the floor as the bed was too small for both of us.
The place smelled of microwaved fish, the fridge had rotten food in it.
The shower in the upstairs bathroom was fixed facing the wall and wouldn't move making it nearly impossible to take a shower. We were given 2 towels which were shabby and dirty. The toilet downstairs had bricks to keep it closed when using it and was dirty.
Washing machine was working late at night and started spinning at 11PM which was very noisy as we were in the room next to the kitchen. There were people talking in the garden til very late at night and was right outside our window.
2nd night after sleeping on the floor we made the decision to leave a day early and we booked a hotel for the 3rd night and left as early as we could. It was such a relief to know we didn't have to return there.
When we got home my wife showed me the rash on one of her legs which looked like multiple bug bites. Can only presume they were bed bug bites and this will be confirmed when she visits her doctor later today.
This is one place to stay away from.

Very bad . Nobody should book . So bad smelling and the bed covers pillow cover unwashed bathroom not clean door was broken. How can booking.com recommend them for booking. Disappointed.

Složitější komunikace ohledně klíče a informace, který pokoj máme k dispozici a bylo velmi těžké se zorientovat. Pokoj nepůsobil, že byl připravený pro hosty, v obývacím pokoji byla paní, která zde bydlí a vůbec nevěděla, že někdo přijde. Bylo to hodně punk bych řekla. Nelze očekávat komfort jako jinde. Nevím, zda hosté mohou využít obývací pokoj a které pokoje jsou pro hosty. Necítily jsme se komfortně a příště bychom se zde neubytovaly. Je to škoda, protože ubytování má docela dobrou polohu na autobus směr O2, obchodní centrum a metro. myslím, že i cena by byla vhodná nižší vzhledem k tomu, co ubytování nabízí a v jaké kvalitě.

La nula comunicación con el propietario, había moho en el baño, la habitación estaba muy descuidada, los inquilinos que habían no respetaban ni el horario ni el baño compartido .. no lo recomiendo para nada

The overall heat ventilation was poor. Obviously this isn't fully the owners fault as there was a heatwave on at the time, but it still impacted my stay. The bed was also a bit dirty and really hard. I also wish the lock system was explained a bit better, I wasn't even given the code until I asked, which I guess is a bit on me too.
