京都大学周辺に用事がある方には特にお勧めです
Pros:

京都大学で仕事があり、利用しました。
大学周辺で宿泊施設が見つかりにくかったのですが、こちらは徒歩10分程度で仕事の会場まで行くことができ大変便利でした。
周辺は趣のある建物や鴨川があり良い環境です。徒歩すぐのところに、コンビニがあるのも便利です。
セルフチェックインも分かりやすく、部屋は和室で布団をたたむとかなり広く使えるのも良かったです。

Cons:

窓にカーテンがなく、障子のため朝6時台から明るくて目が覚めました。
1Fの部屋は、他の宿泊客が階段を昇っていく音が聞こえますが、許容範囲でした。
良い点の方が多いので、次回、泊まる時は何か光を遮る布を持って行こうかなと思います。

Pleasant and would come back here again if they change the blankets.
Pros:

The place was close to the river and all that I wanted to see was easy cu it was close to public transportation. Ther was no reception which made it a bit impersonal.

Cons:

The beds and blankets seemed very synthetic which made me sweat and didn’t gave me a good night.

全体としてはとても良い！　和室でリラックス出来ました(^^)
Pros:

お部屋はとても綺麗で、窓から町屋の景色が見られました。

Cons:

エレベーターが無いのは仕方ないですが、階段が狭くてスーツケース持っての上り下りは少しきつかったです。

Pros:

出町柳駅から近く、コンビニも近くて便利でした。それでいて静かな場所にあって落ち着いて過ごせました。電気ポットがあったのは良かったです。

Cons:

部屋は狭いので、布団を３人分敷くと足の踏み場がない感じになります。洗面所にコンセントがないので、鏡をみながら髪をセットすることができませんでした。

ちょっとがっかり
Pros:

鞍馬に行くのにアクセスが良かったです。
スタッフさんが常駐しているのではないので不安があったが、往復宅急便の受取りや復路便の対応などはメールでやり取りしてちゃんと対応してくれたので良かった。

Cons:

トイレとバスが狭すぎた。
シャワーカーテンは、幅も長さも短くシャワーカーテンとしての役目を果たしていなかった。
敷布団も薄く、背中や腰が痛くなった。
