Excellent location, just a short walk from Jalan Alor Food Street and the Pavilion shopping mall.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in in terms of service, location, comfort, and amenities. Wickley, at the front desk, was great - people were complaining about the check-in time, but he remained totally calm and composed, and very professional. The rest of the staff were great as well -- helpful, answered all my questions, and attended to all requests. The restaurant on the 10th floor has amazing food, and the rooftop is an added bonus. I took advantage of the gym as well! All in all, this was a fantastic stay and I will definitely keep it on my list. Highly recommend!

Great locations

Very centrally located.

The location being so close to the wonderful food street just behind the hotel. Access to good food and a safe area is always a plus.

Ok I am going to be brutally honest, when I booked this hotel I was a bit spectical as the rewies were mixed, so I am going to state my experience.
​The staff: Staff were very friendly and accommodationg. Overall it is ok they are trying their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
​The smoking policy: It's smoked free rooms and there is no balcony, they will not accuse you of smoking if you don't smoke so don't complain they do if you really did smoke just be honest on the reviw as it helps milions of other people.
​The area: Nice area right in the city centre can go shopping very easily and conveniently.
​The visitor policy: I had noticed they didn't answer to questions regarding the vistor and there is no policy around it so I had to ask them and I have been told cause I am one person I can bring up to 2 visitors in.

I've stayed in many hotels in this area but this one stands out with modern interior and privacy.

My 3rd time here. Everything is good. Location is very strategic, near to the center of Bukit Bintang. Malls are nearby, Pavillion, Lot10, Sungei Wang, Fahrenheit88 & others. Easy access for public transport. Hotel connect with few restaurants & convenience stores. King Bedroom is spacious for couples. Clean room and towels. Got free mineral waters at Lobby Level 2 whenever you want. Smooth process for check in/out. Parking available at basement and paid RM20 per night.

The Emplpyee is very friendly , Customer service is well managed .The room is very clean and modern , no room key is needed , can open the door with a password .The air -conditioning is very cool .

2nd time stay here. Everything is good. Room spacious for couples, not recommended for family with children. Nearby to the malls and public transport. Parking is provided at basement but have to pay RM20 per night.
