Delightful stay in thwart in Kenmare.
Pros:

Very comfortable and well appointed room. Great bar and restaurant. We had a couple meals in the restaurant…didn’t find anything we enjoyed more elsewhere. Friendly Barman. Spent a couple evenings chatting with the friendly and engaging staff. We would be happy to return the next time we are in the area.

I would not recommend, not worth the $$$

Room is refurbished and clean

Cons:

It was stinking hot, no aircon and windows only open 2x inches. They did provide a small fan upon request. Breakfast was not included but should be for the outrageous room rate (we were desperate, it was a last minute booking). Our room also smelt of cooking from downstairs when kichen was being used, YUK

It was in a prime location yet quiet at night. Lovely property and clean. Pub meal and music were excellent

No negative. Maybe to add a chair and coffee table to the room but that’s a minimal request

Une immersion dans un établissement typique irlandais.
Pros:

La chambre triple était très grande, très agréable et au calme. L hôtel est très typique, avec un restaurant qui sert une cuisine locale de qualité. Enfin, l accueil était top et personnalisé.

Cons:

Proposer de pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner plus tôt, à partir de 7h30. Mais nous comprenons que le personnel travaille déjà beaucoup et est vraiment aux petits soins pour les clients.

Camera molto bella, colazione da migliorare
Pros:

La camera era accogliente, spaziosa, con un bagno ed una doccia meravigliosa ed una connessione internet velocissima

Cons:

La colazione non proponeva opzioni dolci ma solo piatti della tradizione anglosassone. Inoltre, il corridoio che porta dalla reception alle camere passa da dietro la cucina e ci sono degli odori terribili, oltre ad essere poco presentabile da un punto di vista della pulizia.

Pros:

Everything was run so well from check in to the food. Went for breakfast the 1st morning and when we got back to our room we had fresh towels and the beds were dressed. It was so central and parking was on the street. Food was also lovely with a good choice of foods. There was traditional music both nights which was lovely.

Irish hospitality at it’s best
Pros:

The property was spotlessly clean, on the main street yet very quiet in our huge room. All of the staff were exceptional - so kind & considerate - doing everything they could to make things as easy as possible for our elderly mother. Nothing was too much trouble - Irish hospitality at it’s best - thankyou all.
