No bedside lamps, just the harsh overhead light.
That we're expected to pay another $100 on top of the booking, when booking in.

Is not well maintained, bathroom smell of sewage. My room window was screwd locked and couldn’t open to let fresh air in.

No bed side lamp, no hair dryer we had to buy one on our own.

BE CAREFUL. This hotel deliberately hides the fact that their so-called "Deluxe King Room" has completely sealed windows that cannot be opened. On their website they show photos of a deceptive normal-looking window, but the fact is the windows are sealed. There is no natural ventilation, the air conditioning does not bring in fresh air, and the bathroom has no exhaust fan either. The room was so suffocating that I could not sleep at all — I had to keep the door open just to get some air.
The staff are unprofessional and unhelpful. When I tried to speak to the licensee about the issue, they lied and said he wasn't there, refused to give me his office number, and did everything they could to keep me from seeing him. Their reception is located inside a bar — chaotic, noisy, and not what you'd expect from a hotel. After I waited a long time, he finally came out — and still did nothing to solve the issue. No accountability whatsoever.
AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! If you are a light sleeper, care about air quality, or simply expect a window that opens, this hotel is definitely not for you. I found the room uninhabitable and checked out after just one night, but the hotel refused to refund my unused nights. Very disappointing handling. Please think twice before booking.

None of the tvs worked

Undergoing major renovations. No advice before or after booking. Jack hammers started 4.30am first morning there. Girl downstairs apologised and said we’d be compensated on checkout. TV didn’t work in main bedroom entire 3 night stay. Approached reception on checkout today for compensation and denied all knowledge of past conversations and further provide picture of a TV working and say is this yours! Really these guys have no idea about customer service. Sent msg today giving them to COB to rectify but alas no reply. 😩

There was no dining area in the room as mentioned in the room's description. In fact, not even a chair was provided in the room. There was a small cupboard with no hangers in it. The only source of lighting in the main area of the room, is the ceiling light. Hence, at bedtime, I had to use the torch light on my mobile phone to get into the bed once the light is off. It would be nice if the hotel can also provide a small bin in the toilet/bathroom, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. There was zero soundproofing between the rooms, as I could hear the guests next door and one of them was coughing uncontrollably during the wee hours of the night.

The towels were scrappy, stained and old. The room had such a strong, artificial smell that was overpowering, couldn’t open the window as there was no screens.
