Excelente ubicación, limpieza y comodidades
Pros:

Muy cerca a la estación de tren, el apartamento era de dos plantas, muy limpio, con la cocina equipada, techos altos y poco ruido. Me encantó Numa y lo seguiré buscando para mis próximas estadías

Lo peor es, que nos dieron el piso 3, sin previo aviso de que no había ascensor, con unas escaleras infernales

Buena estadía!
Pros:

Camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Tenían extras como papel higiénico y bolsas de basura por si hacían falta.

Cons:

Muy triste que la calle esté en construcción pero entendemos que es algo que el alojamiento no puede controlar. Eso dificultó un poco el explorar la zona. De resto muy bien

Pros:

Pulizia ok, posizione comoda, visto che la struttura non era dotata del deposito bagagli ci hanno dato un codice sconto per prenotarne uno nelle vicinanze a spese loro! Lo risceglierei sicuramente.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un po di disagi il primo giorno abbiamo avuto la stanza alle 17:00, ma fino alle 20:30 non abbiamo potuto usufruire dei servizi perché non c era corrente a causa dei lavori su strada ( non eravamo stati avvisati che la strada era in manutenzione e per arrivarci dovevi fare un bel po di strada in più

Pros:

Green and quiet location. We walked to the city center every day and it was a nice long walk.

Cons:

Very thin walls. The steep stairs didn't bother us, but elderly people and families with children should definitely take them into account.

Très bon appartement, conforme à l'annonce , au calme, tres bien pour faire Amsterdam à pied.

Cons:

Appart au 3e étage, ok pour les jeunes mais l'escalier est très raide - assez courant à Amsterdam !

Pros:

Bien décoré, spacieux et propre. Bien situé, mais pas de chance pour nous, la rue et les transports étaient en travaux.

Cons:

Beaucoup de moisissures dans la salle de bain, plusieurs spots/ampoules cassées, bruit de la hotte pire qu'un avion à réaction (et indiqué dessus qu'on est obligé de l'utiliser sous peine d'amende), équipement cuisine limité, fauteuil lit inconfortable, rideaux impossible à fermer correctement. Bref, plus de 300 euros la nuit, l'endroit ne les vaut pas.

Okay, the apartment was absolutely stunning, featuring modern furnishings and a spacious layout. The view from my room was breathtaking, offering a view of the city skyline at sunset. I appreciated the clear, prompt communication before my arrival, which facilitated a smooth check-in, especially since I arrived quite late in the evening.

Cons:

I would say that my god, you would have had to train to get up the stairs. I was on the top floor, and I think I'm pretty fit, but they are not built for a short king like me. It was a full workout and more for my poor leg muscles.
