La vicinanza dall'aeroporto visto che mi serviva solo per poche ore.
Lavoro da 45 anni nel turismo internazionale e non mi era mai capitato in vita mia un bagno cosi sporco, pieno di muffa e messo male come in questa struttura. Il nome di "Boutique Hotel" non corrisponde minimamente alla realità, nemmeno la categoria delle 3 stelle. Al mio arrivo verso le 23/23,30 era tutto spento, mi avevano fatto trovare la chiave su una mensola, la mia stanza era semplice ma avrebbe anche potuto andare bene per poche ore, il bagno era invece da incubo, la vista dal balcone anche. Attenzione anche al rumore dei aeri visto la vicinanza all'aereo porto. Lo consiglio solo per una notte se proprio.
The hotel was in a very convenient location, only around 10 minutes from the airport, with easy access to the beach and the city centre. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help whenever we had any questions or problems. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the convenient location and helpful service.
The main downside was the noise from the airplanes, as the hotel is very close to the airport, so it could sometimes be quite loud. We also had an issue with the bathroom drain, as the water drained very slowly and would stay in the shower for quite a long time. We had one unpleasant issue with a large insect in the room(
Good location .Between the beach and shops, cafes restaurants supermarket.
Know ones fault but under main flight path from airport. The road to property is quite dark.

Herr beim Check in war nicht sehr freundlich und hat unangebrachte Witze gemacht. Frühstück war nicht sehr reichhaltig.
Room ok, air con was old but it worked. Some rooms have new units.

Close to the beach
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. Calling this a “boutique hotel” is, in my opinion, extremely misleading. It felt much more like basic dormitory-style accommodation, and certainly not what we expected from the description.
The cleanliness was appalling. The room was dusty and dirty, there was nowhere we felt comfortable putting our clothes, and our room was not cleaned once during our stay.
The bathroom was even worse. Every single time we had a shower, the bathroom flooded. Water spread across the floor each time, which was not only unpleasant but, in my view, a genuine safety risk. A functioning shower that does not flood the room should be one of the most basic requirements of any accommodation.
Then there are the additional charges. Air conditioning costs extra, which is something travellers should be aware of before booking. We were also told there was a €10 charge if a towel became dirty. I genuinely do not understand how guests are expected to use a towel without it potentially becoming dirty. Towels are there to be used and should obviously be laundered between guests.
The hospitality was also extremely disappointing. I asked for a simple Lipton tea bag instead of the coffee provided in the room and was refused. The owner essentially told me that if I wanted tea, I should get my own. It was such a small request, but the response summed up the lack of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay.
I also have to mention that, as people of colour, we did not feel particularly welcome here. I cannot speak to anyone’s intentions, but our experience and the way we were treated left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. It did not feel like a particularly culturally diverse or inclusive environment.
Overall, I would describe this as a dirty money pit rather than a boutique hotel.

A decent hotel for a one night stay, if you need something close to the airport.
The room was not clean. It seemed that the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. There was also a dirty towel hanging from previous guests when we checked in. For the price paid, I would not recommend this hotel.
