Premier two bedroom is good
Pros:

Cons:

There is no heater in the bedrooms. Only in living room. A little bit cold during the sleeping period.
There are no facility instruction. It is better to have instruction of how to use the facilities.

Great location for CBD stay. Easy walk to supermarket, restaurants and transport. A short walk from the waterfront
Pros:

Great central location with bus stop right across the street. Unit was spacious with full cooking facilities. Comfy beds, great shower pressure.

Cons:

This time we were on a lower level and at the rare of the property so although quieter we looked straight into a concrete wall making the room rather dark.

Outstanding location and fairly comfortable with a pretty good gym.
Pros:

Fabulous location, nice staff, good gym facilities. Nice selection of teas, but not regularly replaced.

Cons:

Several dishes in drawers/cupboard were not clean, there was no washing up liquid, only dishwasher powder (which is absurd to use when there's only 2 or 3 dishes to clean.) The bottle of lotion in the bathroom was empty, and the bed wasn't super comfortable, there seemed to be an under layer which made it overly warm and soft.

Fantastic location for shopping, walking distance to waterfront, food venues. Room was modern, clean and comfortable

Cons:

If you pay for a car park it is in another building that you have to walk to. No smart TV to access your paid apps.

Positive consumer experience - third time of staying there, definitely will again.
Pros:

Chose a two bedroom, two bathroom suite with full kitchen facilities - dining and lounge area. Clean in all areas, kitchen utensils etc well stocked. Beds were very comfortable, towel supply for the bathrooms was excellent. Having a washer and dryer available for a long stay is a real bonus.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind at all.
