Pros:

Lage top, immer super freundliches Personal (Rezeption und cleaning staff). Die Austattung des Zimmers war gut, ich war sehr froh dass ich eine Waschmaschine hatte.

Cons:

Das Zimmer benötigt unbedingt einen "deepclean". Im Kühlschrank hatte es Flecken von Lebensmitteln von vorherigen Gästen. Die Küche musste ich als Erstes selber sauber machen, da sie mir einfach zu schmuddelig war. Im Badezimmer hatte es auf und in den Schränken Gegenstände von vorherigen Gästen. Das geht einfach nicht.

Was ich schade fand, war dass die Küche weniger als 2m vom Bett entfernt war. Gerüche hatte man so sofort beim schlafen. Das Zimmer wäre sicher genug gross für eine Abtrennung.
Es ist auch sehr schade, dass es keinen richtigen Tisch hatte auf dem man Essen und arbeiten konnte. Das kleine Tischchen war viel zu klein.
Der nächtliche Test-Feueralarm störte sehr, insbesondere da ich am nächsten Tag einen langen Trip mit einem Auto hatte. So etwas geht gar nicht wenn man ausruhen soll.

Pros:

Cool vibe, large comfortable room, good location

Cons:

Not the properties fault, but the automated vending machines for things like water and snacks didn’t work most of the time. Spoke to staff and they gave me some waters and were very accommodating though!

Comfortable and homey
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The rooms had very comfortable beds and enough closet space. The bathrooms had lots of storage.

Cons:

It is not walking distance from downtown, but location was not bad at all.

Comfortable and ideal apartment.
Pros:

The location was very good, close to 2 major shops and only a medium walk to town/pubs/bars/food/music.

Everything was clean and tidy and nice. Spacious and comfortable to live in.

Cons:

It does need an extraction fan for when cooking/frying. The shower was alright but not amazing. The code to the door didn't work so we used the fob and key. The dishwasher wasn't working, we alerted the front desk and they were very helpful

Ottima alternativa all'albergo, appartamento con tutto l'occorrente
Pros:

Ci siamo trovati bene, era circa 10 minuti di camminata dal centro. L'appartamento era completo di tutto, inclusa la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie. Forse ci saremmo aspettati la pulizia della camera e la consegna di asciugamani puliti, ma se si chiedono questi servizi alla reception, vengono effettuati senza costi aggiuntivi.

Cons:

In generale ci è piaciuto tutto. Non abbiamo cose negative da segnalare.

Great but not great, lacks soundproofing and a better positioning.
Pros:

Clean and newly constructed, the whole structure is spacious and comfortable. Our apartment was completed of any amenities and pretty nice.

Cons:

I would have gave a score of 9, but it totally lacks soundproofing both from indoor and outdoor areas, you can hear any sounds like they’re in your room. Also the position is not great, literally next to the interstate.

A fantastic, fully equipped apartment in a prime, walkable location with great value for money, hindered only by externa
Pros:

I absolutely loved the location. The property is excellent for accommodating multiple people because it is practically a fully equipped apartment rather than just a standard hotel room. Everything you could possibly need is available nearby. The neighborhood is very safe for walking, and it is incredibly close to Lady Bird Lake, Rainey Street, and Waterloo Greenway. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the noise coming from a facility in the immediate vicinity. It is a constant, 24/7 noise, and I don't understand how it is even legal in Austin because it becomes completely unbearable at night. I think the hotel should report this to the Austin authorities. I know this issue has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but it ends up being the only minus for this property.
