Charming well-appointed hotel in Candelaria.
Pros:

This hotel was like a museum, beautifully and artistically appointed with comfortable social spaces throughout. The rooms were large along with the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot. The breakfast was served at a gorgeously-set table, with eggs, fruit, fresh juice, potatoes. I love that they had a giant dispenser of filtered water to fill up our water bottles before venturing out for the day.

Cons:

The entrance was a little difficult to notice, and the street felt a little sketchy at night. We had no incidences though, and it was quiet at night for sleeping.

I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Bogotá - wonderful place!
Pros:

The location was wonderful and atmospheric - beautiful street, and very close to several main attractions. The house itself was stunning - the hotel is located in a beautiful old building, and wonderfully decorated. The room was great, with a nice, stylish bathroom and big windows, which combined a modern, convenient feel with the atmosphere of the old town center. Breakfast was good (bonus points for the religious statues in the breakfast room), and communication with the staff was nice and clear.

Cons:

One of us was too tall (1.90m) for the bed, so slightly bigger beds would have been nice.

Beautifully appointed rooms, cosy stay!
Pros:

The rooms were so well appointed. So cosy. I slept so well. It felt like you were in someone’s home - in the best possible way. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The dining room looked fabulous and it was lovely to meet and chat with fellow travellers at the dining table. Perfect location. Thank you for the great stay.

Pros:

Super hôtel placé dans le centre historique, la candelaria, où on peut tout faire à pied.
Le personnel a été super avec nous, nous a aidé pour toutes nos demandes avec bienveillance.
Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux.
L’hôtel est familial et très joli, avec du cachet.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce lieu.

Un lugar muy acogedor
Pros:

Nos encantó alojarnos aquí. Excelente ubicación, cerca de la plaza de Bolívar, pero muy tranquilo y silencioso el hospedaje. Preciosa decoración.
El personal super amable y atento, nos sentimos muy bien atendidos.
El desayuno sencillo y delicioso. Fruta, café o chocolate, jugo, huevos en la preparación de preferencia, pan. Bien resuelto.
La habitación nos encantó, se ve y se siente como en las fotos. Muy limpia, cama cómoda, buenas almohadas, muy acogedora y linda.
Volveré a hospedarme aquí en mi próximo viaje a la ciudad. De los mejores lugares para quedarse.

Un séjour décevant, malgré un personnel agréable et une situation calme, en raison d’un manque flagrant d’hygiène

Cons:

La chambre était beaucoup trop humide et la fenêtre ne s’ouvrait pas. Dans la salle de bain, aucune aération et aucune possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre non plus. Le petit-déjeuner n’est absolument pas varié, ce qui est très dommage. Le personnel, en revanche, était très agréable.
Notre chambre donnait côté rue, mais cela n’était pas bruyant.
Par ailleurs, lors d’un séjour de 5 jours, j’ai dû demander moi-même, au bout du 3ᵉ jour, le changement des serviettes de toilette pour mon mari et moi. À notre arrivée, nous avons également trouvé des cheveux dans le lit. Les chambres ne sont ni balayées ni nettoyées seul un changement de draps a été effectué au 3ᵉ jour.
Au vu du tarif pratiqué et du niveau d’hygiène constaté, je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Ein wunderbar altes Haus und schöne Zimmer
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Das Bett war bequem und hatte eine Heizung um das Bett zu wärmen was bei den kühlen Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch sehr schön ist der Frühstücksraum und wo man an einem sehr schön gedeckten Tisch mit anderen Hotelgästen frühstückt.

Cons:

Es ist schade, dass man das Fenster nicht richtig öffnen konnte.
