Great Location and Value for Money! will Book again!
Pros:

Location and interior. Just recently renovated in 2025. I got two beds upgrade thru my bookingDOTcom level. They reserved 3rd floor seaview side with balcony! wow!
Great hotel for families woth dmall kods. SunVilla has FREE drinkable water which saves your time, energy and money for your suoply during your stay as water tap in the Philippines is not potable.
5 footsteps away from Gerry's Grill restaurant and starbucks.
5min walk to the mainroad for motor vehicles.
Free to borrow beachmat and beach toys.
No ants, nor mosquitos or fly in the room! Unbelievable! these insects are very common in other hotels ive been to in Boracay, even on the 5th floor of Diamond hotel.
FREE use of basic kitchenware (see photos)
Wide screen Flat TV with Netflix access! Wow! Best of All
Very Friendly and accomodating staffs.🥰

would still book this hotel again, good value for money and yet you get the best location in station 1. near D’Mall, but

Cons:

there was a cockroach inside the water heater. forgot to inform the staff. had to ask for the toilet paper after check in since there was none in the room.

Our stay was delightful. I would gladly stay here again
Pros:

The hotel was a pleasant surprise for the location and price. It was steps away from the beach and accessible to all stores and entertainment areas. The price was also very affordable with amenities and comfort tgat you can find in hotels with higher price points.

Cons:

The only drawback for me is the fact that it doesn’t have a good view from the terrace

I had a great stay and will definitely book again
Pros:

I like that the room was huge. The toilet was clean with a working heater. Having a mini fridge was also great.
It's a beachfront accommodation, so already near to any DMall and others,

Cons:

Not sure if they offer daily cleaning.

Pros:

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The beachfront location made everything convenient, the staff were accommodating, and the room was clean and cozy. If you are a food addict restaurant are nearby. Highly recommended and we would love to come back again.
