La colazione era fantastica.
Parti comuni ben curate.

Cons:

Camera non ristrutturata,nulla a che vedere con le foto.
Il pasto fatto nella struttura non era nulla di speciale. Alcuni piatti ok,altri veramente scarsi.

Pros:

We liked the room and the breakfast. The hotel parking was very convenient. We did not stay very long, overall it was a positive experience.

Cons:

I think that the shower although new, was a little bit grimy. It needed more cleaning on the edges all around on the floor. Some plates at the breakfast were not clean, and the tables needed more than tidying up.

Pool, Erreichbarkeit und das meiste Personal

Cons:

Personal war entweder sehr freundlich oder sehr unsympathisch.
Das erste Zimmer war ein Frechheit, direkt am Aufzugsschacht extrem laut und von Personal als 'difficult room' bezeichnet - für mehrere Nächte unmöglich und im Bad war das WC halb unter den Waschbecken - entsprach überhaupt nicht ein Deluxe Room. Nach der ersten Nacht reklamiert bei der Rezeption, aber sie konnte nichts machen, weil sie ausgebucht waren und wurde dann getröstet mit dem Info, dass sie mit dem Chef reden. Nichts mehr gehört. Nach noch einen sehr schlechten Nacht und Reklamation über Booking, würde ich nach 5-6 Stunden angerufen wegen einen Zimmertausch, allerdings sehr unfreundlich und kurz angebunden. Das ich nicht im Hotel 'gewartet' habe auf Info, machte es nicht besser. Die Dame am Rezeption am Nachmittag war allerdings sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Das neue Zimmer hatte dann gepasst.
