Pros:

Gayan and his staff - very hospitable, did their best to make our stay comfortable, greatly helped organize guides and transport for our offbeat itinerary.
The food - Sri Lankan cuisine, was prepared with care and was excellent.
Tuk tuks arranged to travel to the ancient city/ other outings

good value for money and quick service
Pros:

Breakfast was good. It was a classic Sri Lanka breakfast. Felt like home food. The room was spacious and clean. Hot water was working well. friendly owner. Nice calm small garden.
