El lugar es ideal, en la piscinita, playa super bonita y tranquila a 20 minutos del Cabo, lo cual te viene perfecto para parar y descansar tras 1 hora y 30 larga de camino previo e ir por la tarde al cabo. El sitio sería un 10 pero...
El restaurante que pertenece a ellos es muy muy caro y además tuvimos un problema, eramos los únicos huéspedes ese día y llegamos a comer con el restaurante lleno de clientes de la playa, nos tomaron la comanda y a la hora de estar allí esperando nos dijeron que ya no tenían más comida, y no podíamos comer nada, lo cual supone una perdida de tiempo en ese paraíso y tener que comer en otro lugar a 15-20 minutos. Se lo comuniqué al recepcionista y no tuvieron el detalle de intentar arreglar el error, ya no en esa comida, si no en las siguientes de nuestra estancia. Evidentemente no comimos allí después de eso. Pagas el sitio donde estás y la nula competencia. Es muy caro para lo que ofrece, una habitación muy básica, sin aire, sin armarios...Se oye muchísimo el mar, muy bonito pero difícil para dormir si no coges el sueño.
nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement. le restaurant est très bien, le choix est varié. petit déjeuner très bien aussi. calme à toute heure de la journée. la chambre est nettoyée le matin, les lits refaits. la douche est froide mais avec cette chaleur ce n'est pas du tout gênant. nous étions 2 adultes 2 enfants de 4 et 10 ans. personnel très gentil et serviable

Il ristorante non ha una buona cucina!
Excelente ubicación , está a 25 min de Cabo San Juan y tiene la mejor playa al frente : Las piscina .

El alojamiento es muy especial, estás en medio de toda la naturaleza y te sientes parte de ella con las comodidades que ofrece el refugio.
La habitación la tienen preparada muy bonita y cuenta con todo lo necesario (ventilador, huecos como armarios, varios enchufes)
El baño es increíble, al aire libre, con techo abierto que da la oportunidad de ver el cielo y las palmeras, mientras te cae el agua de la ducha desde una rama es una experiencia. Además, cuenta con jabón de cuerpo, champú y acondicionador y toallas para la ducha y para la playa.
Las facilidades que te ofrece el personal tanto para el check-in como dejar la mochila y seguir caminando, como para el check out, guárdanos las mochilas, dejarnos las toallas de la playa hasta marchar y dejarnos hacer uso de la ducha de fuera.
El personal un 10, sería lo más destacable, gente encantadora, cercana y muy agradable. Maira la recepcionista que nos atendió fue muy amable con nosotras.
Además, al llegar a Cabo San Juan, Verónica (Vero) ofrece masajes de cuerpo completo y cabeza y cuello de 1 hora de duración y un precio muy bueno. Después de la caminata, se agradece muchísimo.
El masaje fue increíble. Además, Vero (que es encantadora) te facilita todo. Combinamos una ruta de 2 horas con estar en la playa y lo que conlleva sudor y salitre en el cuerpo y ella no te pone ninguna pega a ello, más bien, te facilita agua para limpiarte y deshacerte del sudor y salitre. La ubicación es excepcional, estas a ras de la orilla del mar, escuchando las olas.
El masaje te deja relajado y como nuevo.

La habitación tiene el baño afuera. Al aire libre. O hay agua caliente. La atención es malísima. No tenían servicio para cobrar con tarjeta por lo cual nos tuvimos que ir.
De lo que se puede ver es el mejor lugar en terminos de instalaciones para quedarse
No hay aire acondicionado pese a que dicen que si hay, los celadores son groseros y te miran feo si no eres extranjero. Es muy costoso para lo que ofrece en mi opinión.
The staff really tried to be accommodating. The location is fantastic.
They do not advertise that the power, and therefore the ceiling fan and WIFI all are turned off for hours at a time, multiple times a day, including at night. It gets very hot and humid rapidly when the ceiling fan is without power.
The long, beautiful beach is lined with palm trees and large, round stones. This beach is a paradise in the middle of a nature reserve.
The value for the high price was poor. The overnight stay was far too expensive for what we ultimately received! Because it wasn't sunny for a few days, the solar panels didn't have enough storage capacity. Therefore, a generator had to be used to supplement the power. Which is perfectly understandable, but not when it's located just a few meters from the bungalow and runs all night! It also switched off a few times in the middle of the night, along with the ceiling fan. Not recommended for people who don't like tropical nights.
The room wasn't really clean, and sometimes it simply wasn't cleaned without us even asking. The shower head was just a trickle of water.
The hotel restaurant was also not pleasant. The wait times were endless, even when there weren't many guests. And it was overpriced! The management was a complete rip-off! The staff were very unmotivated and unfriendly, especially one young woman. We stayed for five nights and never once saw her smile. The manager a woman) was also unfriendly and showed no warmth or hospitality!
The restaurant El Ricon de Faby is 5-10 minutes away. Highly recommended. Friendly staff, good selection, and delicious food! It's a real shame, because the natural surroundings, La Piscina beach (one of the few where you can swim), the hike from the parking lot to the hotel, and the organization with the luggage and horse were all lovely and well done!
