Pros:

Wir konnten unproblematisch eher einchecken und wurden vom Hotel vor der Anreise kontaktiert und gefragt, ob wir eine Reservierung für das Restaurant haben möchten. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war wunderschön. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

We were so looking forward to our stay here and it certainly did not disappoint. Loved everything!
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. Sensational view. Very well fitted out they have thought of everything. Breakfast was excellent also. Would have loved to stay longer .

We couldn’t fault it.

Pros:

My boyfriend’s first visit to South Africa! They made it so special and upgraded us to a gorgeous room with a balcony. Every single member of staff were so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Could not recommend enough. There was also a free shuttle to and from Hermanus which was so convenient.

Lovely view, staff always available and friendly, efficient. Baggage collected at car. Food great.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, lovely fresh juice. Muffins not so good. Steak tagliatelle and poach eggs excellent. Juice in room lovely.

Cons:

TV channels did not work, foreign language, no tennis channel, Netflix needed payment before use. No soft gown, no soft blanket. Drinks and food expensive.
