great location, good accommodations
Pros:

Location was great, only minutes' walk to main squire, shops and restaurants just around the corner.
Room was large with balcony overlooking the city.

Cons:

Hotel staff was not helpful answering questions about attractions and did not offer coco tea.
We really needed it as we were still acclimating. They did not offer help to give us hints on where we could find it..
Not heated rooms, very cold at night. All you got a warm blanket.
Hotel did not offer portable heaters. Overall outdated.

Cons:

Saque un cuarto con una amiga y nos dieron un cuarto con una ducha sin puerta al costado de la cama y el cuartito del water (que tambien daba al cuarto) tenia una puerta transparente y con un espejo al frente que tambien se veia desde la cama. Pedimos cambio de cuarto (obvio diciendo que asumiriamos el monto correspondiente) y dijeron que NO se podia. Unos amigos quisieron hacer early check in, primero les dijeron que se podia por 54 soles y al ultimo momento le dijeron que no se podia que eso nunca ha existido.

En verdad podria ser mucho mejor. Ademas hay DEMASIADO ruido de la discoteca de abajo.

El señor del desayuno era demasiado malhumorado

La vista desde la habitación.

Cons:

La atención en recepción pésimo al momento de registrarnos, la Srta que estuvo allí no dio las indicaciones briefing, no hay teléfono en la habitación, no nos pusieron ameneties, tuvimos que ir a recepción y solicitar. En la mañana no hubo energía eléctrica, no había elevador. La calidad de imagen de tv pésimo.

Pros:

Todo el hotel está muy bien. Tiene rooftop (actualmente en obras) y la relación calidad-precio nos gusto mucho. Todas las personas en recepción y en el restaurante muy simpáticas y profesionales

Cons:

La ducha no me gusto mucho. Poca presión pwro sobre todo muy mal regulable la temperatura

Comfortable bed, happy helpful staff and ideal location!
Pros:

My partner and I loved this place to stay while visiting Urubamba. Centrally located from the plaza and main streets, easy to walk around or get a taxi. The jacuzzi was lovely, in the first room we had it leaked so they transferred us straight away. Super helpful. The bed was massive and comfortable, the amenities we're great and we felt comfortable and safe! Breakfast was nice, lots of options and eggs can be cooked upon request (in butter of course). Overall an amazing place to stay.

Cons:

If there is music playing out on the street, can be a little loud in the room. Thicker windows perhaps?
The bath/jacuzzi needs a little better drainage as a little bit of water leaks out.

Luxury stay for some “us time”
Pros:

Ooooooh lovely! We had the suite. It was HUGE with a whirlpool bath by the vast picture window.
The bed was super king size and cozy. Urubamba is not a great town for tourists but the room was so nice we didn’t want to go out.

Cons:

The property was great, especially after a damp stay in the hills, but Urubamba is not a great destination
