Schön gelegen am Weinberg, nettes Personal, gute Getränke und gutes Essen. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung.
Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Region.

Cons:

Receiver/TV funktionierte nicht so richtig (wobei man ja nicht zum Fernsehengucken da ist), toll wäre in der Dusche eine Ablage .

Die Zimmer waren nicht fertig, zu angegebener Zeit . Abends gab es keine Bedienung, bzw. rauchte diese draussen . Frühstück ist um 8.30 zu spät.

Die Lage

Wenig Struktur.Am Abend der Anreise fragten wir nach den Frühstückszeiten.Wir waren fest der Meinung , einen Tarif mit Frühstück gebucht zu haben.Es hieß ab 8 Uhr. Um 8:18 war der Frühstücksraum verschlossen und kein Personal in Sicht. Anruf beim Vermieter blieb unbeantwortet. Um 8:23 fuhr ein Auto vor und eine Dame mit einer Brötchentüte stieg aus. Sie fragte , ob wir frühstücken wollen, für 13,-€ p.P. obwohl bei booking.com ein Preis von 9,50€ angegeben wurde.Wir fingen an zu frühstücken und nach und nach wurde das Frühstücksbuffet aufgebaut. Die Auswahl war dann okay.

When we arrived, we were hospitably welcomed by a lady from the bar and as the owner was not there and we had to wait a couple of minutes, we were treated by a small snack. The price of breakfast was higher than stated on Booking, but the young lady at the reception (owner?) accepted the Booking price and was even willing to shift the time for breakfast to sooner, as we had to leave early. She was overall very helpful.
The hotel is set by a nice vinyard, right under the Neuenburg castle and easy to find. It has its own free parking. Our room was small, but clean, quite enough for a one-night stay.

Cons:

The road next to the hotel is rather busy, so the room was rather noisy, but earplugs can help🙂.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Gute Absprachen beim Check-in. Gemütliche Terrasse mit Blick über die Weinberge zur Burg. Komfortables , gemütliches Zimmer. Einfache Ausstattung. Im Bad ist alles vorhanden: Handtücher, Fön, Duschgel, etc. Top.

Cons:

Leider nur eine Steckdose im.Zimmer, aber das sind Luxusprobleme.
