Personel bez problemu komunikuje się w kilku językach i jest bardzo otwarty oraz pomocny wobec przyjezdnych. Dużym plusem są pyszne śniadania oraz ogromna elastyczność w ich przygotowaniu, nawet przy zgłoszeniu w ostatniej chwili w dostępnych godzinach. Sam obiekt zachwyca swoim klimatem, pięknym wystrojem i wyjątkową atmosferą. Na szczególne uznanie zasługuje indywidualne podejście do gości i gotowość do znalezienia rozwiązania w każdej sytuacji. Тихий, комфортний готель, до якого хочеться повертатися
Pros:

Зупиняємось не перший раз, все на вищому рівні. Тиша, комфорт, дуже цікаві сніданки, неймовірно дружній персонал. Водичка з лимоном у номері - це окрема фішка, яка дуже приємна. Зручні подушки і це круто, бо це рідкість для готелів, матрас жорсткий, проте це індивідуально. До центру треба пройти пішки, проте це приємна прогулянка.

Все сподобалось. Персонал привітний. Дозволили заселитися раніше. Сніданок дуже смачний і поживний. Місце тихе, виспались чудово. Щиро рекомендую!

Pros:

The girl named I think Sophia was very nice and helpful. She knows English very good and we had a good chat.
Will come back in the future! The place is located on the outside of the city and has a parking space for cars right in front of the hotel.
The rooms are small but very comfortable.

Pros:

Атмосферна гарна будівля і отель. Тихо і затишно. Є де машину поставити.меблі- неймовірні, кімната-все чудово. Класична музика за сніданком

A lovely little hotel, walkable from the centre
Pros:

We had a lovely stay here. It felt safe and we were always warmly received by the staff. They helped us wash our clothes after a long journey and made us nice breakfasts. The even packed breakfast for us when we had to leave early in the morning on our last day.
