The staff are helpful, and the rooms are very clean.

Pros:

Good location, walking distance to tube and facilities.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a washing up liquid dispenser or some washing up liquid to clean the plates and cutlery. I had to use hand soap. There was no dish cloth either.

Friendly staff easy check in room was ready early all essentials provided I.e towels shower gels etc rooms were really nice and modern lots of tech!

Cons:

Room was not as clean as would of hoped, shower had black mold on the sealing blinds had stains on, shower was impossible to use without flooding the bathroom floor also not sure if this a us issue or a design issue? Other than this really nice hotel!

All round great stay and value for money
Pros:

Staff excellent and friendly
Location great for what we needed (Olympic Stadium) few minutes walk to Tube.
Clean and modern

Cons:

Bathroom is not closed off - only thing separating going to the toilet and having a shower from the rest of the room is a wall of glass. No privacy
