Hotel Dolce is a beautiful hotel, located in a quiet location, away from the city noise – ideal for rest and relaxation. The rooms are clean, modernly decorated and very comfortable.

Although we had booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a deluxe room for free. We also received free breakfast, water and coffee, which was a wonderful surprise.

The staff is extremely kind, professional and always ready to help. You rarely find such hospitality.

Every recommendation for Hotel Dolce! We will definitely come again. ❤️

I wish to express my deep disappointment regarding my stay at the Hotel Dolce International in Skopje, which took place during my last business trip. The facility proved to be inadequate and did not meet the minimum standards of hospitality and hygiene expected.


Below I list the main critical issues encountered:


Hygiene deficiencies: the room and bathroom facilities were poorly cleaned, with mold present inside the shower stall.


Malfunctioning systems: the air conditioning was not working. Despite being checked by the owner – who confirmed the fault – no action was taken, causing considerable discomfort during the night due to high temperatures.


Inadequate catering service: breakfast was unsatisfactory both in terms of the quality of the offerings and the service, which was characterized by hygiene deficiencies (reused paper tablecloths and no napkins).

Lack of assistance upon arrival (Security): particularly serious was the total absence of staff on the night of arrival. Access was blocked and, if it had not been for the prompt intervention of another guest of the facility, I would have remained outside during the night hours, in an unsafe urban context.
