Прекрасен престој! Хотелот е многу чист, модерен и удобен. Персоналот е исклучително љубезен и секогаш подготвен да помогне. Собите се уредни, креветите се удобни, а појадокот е вкусен и разновиден. Локацијата е одлична и сè беше токму како што очекував. Дефинитивно повторно би престојувала тука и топло го препорачувам Hotel Dolce на секој што бара квалитетно сместување. Hiç bir şeyini beğenmedik.

Cons:

Çalışan çok ilgisizdi. Bize bir oda verdi. Odayı açamadığımız için bilgi verdiğimizde bize master anahtarı verdi ve odaya girdiğimizde başka birinin konakladığını fark ettik. Söylediğimizde ise sadece özür diledi ve başka bir oda verdi. Ayrıca booking rezervasyonumuzu iptal etmeye çalıştı.

Great stay but avoid the breakfast.
Pros:

The staff was the best. They were very warm and helped me with everything that I needed. The room was nice and spacious, but a little worn. I was on the third floor and there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke sometimes which the staff had no control over.

Cons:

The breakfasts needs a complete makeover. It was cold most mornings and some mornings it was from the day before. I will not even go into the hotel cat helping itself to a breakfast one morning.

Pros:

Staff were really nice and pleasant. Young lady on reception when we arrived was very helpful. Parking right in front of reception. Great location plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and about a nice 30 minute walk into the old town.

Pros:

Odlična lokacija, sobe čiste i uredne, hrana tradicionalno super u Makedoniji, a ljubazno osoblje čini sve da se osećate kao da ste došli kod nekih dragih rođaka.

The best staff!
Pros:

I had a last minute cancellation and booked with Dolce, the staff were amazing and could not do more to be helpful. Andrijana was the loveliest host also. Good value for money.
