Relaxing just what we needed. I have never given a 10 before. We couldn't fault it.
Pros:

Great. Location food just out front of accommodation . V clean. Our room close to pool which was great. It was all we needed even had we stayed more than 1 night.

Cons:

All good for us but if you can't manage stairs might be a big problem. We didn't realise no lift till we arrived.

The girl in Reception was a star - 10/10
Pros:

Restaurant was closed. We had a Breakfast Box which was adequate.

Definitely coming back
Pros:

Amazing location and facilities. Have stayed at other hotels on Palmer Street and this is quite possibly the best place. Amazing on site gym, great laundry facilities and the room was very clean and modern. Definitely recommend Belmoral Suites and the nearby cafe Levanti!!

The staff were fantastic, facilities very clean and the restaurant at the front has great coffee.
Pros:

The reception staff were very understanding and found a solution when we were unhappy with the room we were given. We had a lovely stay.

Cons:

We had booked the superior room and it was like a tiny box - the bed was small, there was no outlook and no desk to work from. We wanted to cancel our booking and move to another location but had a non-refundable booking. The reception staff were fantastic and moved us to another appt. I think it should be clearer in the advertising - 'superior' room is misleading. I have given very positive reviews as the suit we were moved to was fantastic - if we had ben stuck in the superior suit my review would have been very different.
