Location was great as we were attending the football and lots of great dining close by

good location. loved the concept of no children!

Cons:

not enough parking for the complex, so my car was in the street 2 out of the 3 days. Shame that there is no lift for 2nd floor.. I had a fractured foot so 'up and down' was difficult.
