Great stay and great location!
Pros:

My husband and I just got back from our 4 night stay at the Kozmo Residence. It was amazing, we had a one bedroom apartment which was so spacious and added benefit of two bathrooms, there was so much space for the two of us. The kitchen was adequately equipped to make dinner. One of the best benefits was that the apartment was cleaned daily. We chose to take Ubers where we needed to, to save time but we also walked to areas from the apartment. The breakfast was included in our package and it was adequate, the omelette station was great. We used the spa in the main hotel and they were so accommodating as they only had one therapist scheduled for work but we wanted a couple massage. The staff arranged for an exteralnal therapist so we could have our massages together.

Would definitely recommend
Pros:

Apartment was excellent and exceeded expectations (we were upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom apartment). Breakfast in Kozmo hotel was good. All staff very welcoming and professional.

Cons:

Having to pay for access to the Kozmo hotel swimming pool.

Schöne Apartments 👍
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption vom Apartmentbereich Tomats und Jesica (leider haben wir uns nicht die Namen nicht merken können) waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns damit unseren Aufenthalt in Budapest sehr bereichert. Danke nochmals an die Beiden 👍

Cons:

Die Dame im Frühstücksbereich, welche für den Ablauf und Zuweisung sowie für die Bereitstellung des Frühstücks zuständig war, war sehr unhöflich und zu ungeeignet für diese Tätigkeit. Da bedürfte es dringend einer Schulung bzw. einer Verbesserung dieser Position.

Pros:

Superfint, lyxigt boende!
Pros:

Stora fina rum. Gott kaffe på rummet. Stora höga dörrar och fönster, så fint! Bra info innan och snabbaste in-checkningen jag vart med om. Bra mörkläggningsgardiner och smart-tv med inbyggd chromecast!

Cons:

Enda jag kan önska är lite mer mjölk till kaffemaskinen.

Если вы делаете ремонт, то не нужно брать предоплату и селить куда попало людей. Нужно было вернуть деньги и я бы выбрал

Не понравилось!

Cons:

Мы забронировали апартаменты за два месяца и сразу оплатили, а за три дня нам сообщили, что у них ремонт и они нам предоставят другие апартаменты, такого же уровня! И когда ночью, с аэропорта мы с детьми приехали заселяться, нас разместили в ужасные условия, не свежее постельное бельё, серого цвета, помятое. Чьи-то черные волосы на подушках. И это за 220 евро за одну ночь!
