Very tired hotel. Needs upgrade ! No towels till late no face cloths

Hotel sporco per non dire sporchissimo, peli nei letti asciugamani piu simili a stracci presi dalla spazzatura, puzza di muffa, personale inadeguato ad accogliere turisti stranieri

Nobody at reception 9.30pm with about 10 people waiting. Very long wait. Had to carry bags up several flights of stairs. Cold water shower, beds hard, no water

The staff are great . The hotel itself isn't good .No towels , tv doesn't work . I dont know if you can call them beds .wifi only works in front office area , No restaurant. It's stuck in then 80s . Luckily we managed to get a flight out the day we arrived , so didn't even stay the night. It's nothing against the staff at all . Whoever owns it needs to do some serious upgrading .

Cheep hotel, close to airport for early departure. Room was clean. Staff friendly.
No elevators for abilty to take luggage up stair. No access to food of any kind. Very strict about check in times.

Lady at reception was quite rude, asked me to sign something without showing me or explaining what I’m signing. Room dirty with dirty marks, hair and what looked like bodily fluids or blood on the bedding. TV also not working with no remote in the room. Shower flooded the whole bathroom.
Location is convenient close to airport
Got into room with aircon set at 28° and was given a broken remote so was unable to adjust this. Informed staff who had no urgency to fix this. Went out of hotel for dinner and come back where a staff member had to come into our room at 10pm to try to help with it. After all of that hassle we had to have freezing cold showers as there was no hot water. To top the night off the room was covered in mosquitos - don’t recommend staying here
