Where do I start. The room was filthy, dirt all over the floor, bathroom I didn't want to shower in.
TV didn't work.
Restaurants closed permanently

everything. bed bugs, no wifi, tv, felt unsafe and our bed had blood on it and our towel was stained yellow. I have no clue how this hotel is able to operate. If we were staying more than one day there we would have booked another hotel and left immediately

Unacceptably Dirty, room features sub standard. We should be given a full refund

Location to airport is only positive

Cons:

Room was dirty AF, hair balls on furniture, shower mat dirty, mould in the shower and on ensuite ceiling. AC had to be left on freezing all night because no remotes were available for it. No cots for babies.
