Pros:

Nytt och fräscht hotell som var rent och städat. Trevlig personal. Bra hotellfrukost. Nära gratis pendelbåt och spårvagn in till centrum.

Cons:

Bokade spa men det fanns ingen på plats att ta emot trots bokad tid. Heller inget svar på telefonnumret som stod att man skulle ringa. Problem med att öppna garageporten med länk och ingen meddelade det så det blev en extra vända till receptionen för att få en kod istället. Garaget låg inte i samma byggnad.

No phones in the room to ask questions or report issues. You have to go downstairs. Hot water was Luke warm. Room wasn’t

Cons:

They kept me waiting for almost an hour and half to give me my room. Not a care in the world. I didn’t even go in too early. I showed up at 230 pm, my room wasn’t ready I said ok I will wait here at the bar please call me when it’s ready. I didn’t get it till around 355 pm

Pros:

Super Lage, super Personal, super Frühstück und tolles Zimmer. Es ist für ein 4 Sterne Hotel knapp an einer 10/10. Es gibt allerdings ein paar Kleinigkeiten.

Cons:

Die Parkgarage war zu weit weg, die Umgebung ist von Baustellen geprägt und das Bad wurde leicht überschwemmt beim duschen .
