Pros:

Excellent hotel, centrally located in a charming historic neighborhood with small restaurants and close to all local attractions. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, and the bathrooms are equipped with high-quality products. The secure parking is a great advantage. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring fresh dishes prepared with great care. The value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The only minor drawback for me was that the pillows were a little too firm, but this is entirely a personal preference and does not detract from the overall excellent experience

A folyosókon volt ivóvízautómata.

A szoba mérete.
A fürdő és a wc a szobából sötétített üvegfallal és üvegajatóval volt leválasztva.

Pros:

Gute, sehr ruhige Lage in einer kleinen Seitengasse, funktionale und moderne Einrichtung, Zimmerservice, Wasserspender im Gang (wenn sie alle funktionieren würden)

Cons:

Unfreundliches Personal - man fühlt sich nicht als Gast, sondern eher als Störenfried. Dass das inkludierte Frühstück auf Bestellung ist, ist grundsätzlich OK, aber man muss echt viel Zeit mitbringen. Wenn man in Eile ist und dies als einziger Gast noch extra betont, geht es trotzdem nicht schneller. Das Personal im Restaurant scheint leider sehr unbeholfen zu sein.

Man sieht bei der Buchung nicht, wie sonst auf booking.com meist üblich, welches Zimmer man wirklich bucht. Mein "Deluxe Doppelzimmer" war sehr, sehr beengt. Zu zweit könnte es da wirklich schwierig werden.

Pros:

Excellent hotel, the location is super convenient and there's parking. Staff were kind and helpful! Breakfast was very good as well.

Cons:

Note that there are stairs to get to the elevator, and from the elevator to the rooms. Didn't bother me much personally but for some it is a consideration to be taken.
Had a problem with the room door - but staff was there to take care of it right away!

Bra men det finns utvecklingspotential

Utmärkt frukost. Lottas Napolitana i närheten var en bonus. Utsökta pizzor.

Hotellchefen en riktig klippa⭐️

Killen i receptionen när vi skulle checka ut vid 3 pga tidigt flyg gjorde utsökt kaffe och hade preppat en utomordentlig frukost vi kunde ta med. Tack!⭐️

Hade uppskattat rena lakan dag 2.

Upplevde någon form av ignorans/dåligt bemötande av en i personalen när vi talade albanska. Samma tjej hade ett helt annat bemötande när hon skulle ta beställningen från ett par bredvid oss som talade engelska. Känns lite symptomatiskt för Kosovo och Albanien. Engelsktalande besökare får bättre service och bemötande.

Saknade toalettartiklar så som tandborste, någon kräm, osv.

Komforlu temiz ve priştinedeki doğru adres
Pros:

Tesis gerçekten çok temiz ve bakımlıydı. Eşim ve iki çocuğumla konakladım oda yeterli büyüklükteydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve pozitifti. Sabah kahvaltıları alternatifli ve lezzetliydi. Kesinlikle bir daha priştineye gidersem kalacağım adres burası olacaktır.

Cons:

Bence odalarda su bulundurulabilir. Ortak alandaki suları kullanmak anlamlı değil.
