A beautiful heritage-style property with amazing food and old-world charm, though the staff could be a little more warm
Pros:

The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with a wonderful old-school charm and character. The building looks stunning from the outside, and the rooms were comfortable and nicely maintained. I especially loved having a balcony, which added to the overall experience. The food was also excellent- we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and everything we tried was delicious.

Cons:

The staff could have been warmer and more welcoming, particularly in the restaurant. We had booked breakfast and dinner along with our stay. While breakfast was good, the dinner buffet had very limited options, which was a little disappointing. The restaurant was also quite quiet in the evenings, with very few guests, so it didn’t have the lively and welcoming atmosphere we were expecting. However, the food that was served was absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed it.

Great location, accessible with a heritage feel. Great Staff and attention to service.

Cons:

The facilities were hit and miss. And so was the service esp. Room Service. During our stay, one of the rooms (we had three rooms) lights went out. The elevators were no working another time. We asked for room service and cleanup which took too long and multiple reminders. So overall was a hit and miss for us.

Pros:

Great new property, less than 2 years old and very grand.

Cons:

Staff were unresponsive and restaurant service was appalling, but food was ok when it eventually arrived

Pros:

Very beautiful property. Amazing comfortable bed. Nice balconies. Friendly staff. Very luxurious.

Cons:

Loud noise probably from pub downstairs and also unwanted guest ringing bell .. this needs to be monitored and addressed correctly for safety reason i was staying in 221 when someone came around 9 ringing our bell

Only stayed one night but it was like an oasis in the desert for us. Would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

We only stayed one night. We spent a fair bit of time trying to find a decent hotel, and then were informed about this hotel by our taxi driver. We'd never heard of it before, but we were desperate for a clean place to stay at.
When we arrived, we were shown the rooms (upon request) before even booking, and were so impressed we booked on the spot, for 17 of us!
It was definitely worth it.
