Give my money back.
Cons:

I didn't even stay there. You guys took my money and didn't refund it. There wasn't a hotel at the location I mentioned.

Small but clean room close to the street
Pros:

Super clean hotel with nice stuff

Cons:

Even when I booked a double bed room with additional bed, I've got a smaller room with only one double bed. Please check next time more carefully what is booked.
- I've it's booked & paid for two people: please also provide 2 towels + soaps.. you could improve with providing small things like shampoo, ...
- reception: please don't call in the middle of the night 🙏🏻
