Нічого не сподобалось.

Cons:

При заїзді в 19.00, номер був не прибраний, сміття, брудна постіль та рушники. У готелі було якесь свято, шумоізоояція відсутня, чутно було усе, відпочивати було неможливо. Найгірший досвід у Львові з готелів. Стара мебель, старий ремонт. Ціна/якість не відповідали очікуванням зовсім

Єдиний плюс - чиста постільна білизна та рушники з халатом. Все.

Cons:

Жахливий номер. Коврове покриття усе брудне, у чорних плямах, на диван і крісло страшно сісти, меблі у спальні усі зіпсовані...і це номер люкс! 323. Він узагалі не відповідає фото! Ми заплатили за 4 ночі 12 000 грн. Я шокована.

Зовні готель красивий, під'їзд зручний, критий в дощ не намокнеш. Хол великий , виглядає пристижно. Номери був світлим, Ліжко зручне подушки комфортні для сну.. Сніданок був, кава смачна.

Готелю потрібна реновація в номері старі меблі, була пилява в кімнаті, в ванній висіла павутина. Сн

Сподобався персонал, який йде тобі на зустріч і вирішує всі питання щодо твого комфорту. І дівчата з рецепції, і хлопці з ресторану дуже приємні і доброзичливі! В ресторані все було смачно!
