Professioneel en vriendelijk geholpen door het baliepersoneel. We hadden een ruime kamer met alle faciliteiten en erg rustig.
Het ontbijtbuffet was erg ruim met voor elk wat wils.
Kleine details bij het ontbijt: er was slechts 1 koffiemachine en die stond in een hoekje van het buffet.
Idem voor de toasters: 2 kleine toasters voor naar schatting 50 personen is niet erg handig.

Easy to find, great location, friendly staff. Rooms spacious with great views over the Tyne.
I wanted to book a twin but was told they had to be reserved for groups which had not specified what sort of rooms they wanted. The ladies toilets in the lobby were dated and tired.
Comfortable bed, clean room, great River View, close to many quayside venues to meet family and friends. Air Con was very useful in July, small fridge was handy for cold drinks.
Bathroom was very outdated, especially old taps that were difficult to turn on/off. Too many warning signs around room. Most expensive car parking in city at £15 a day for hotel guests, (it was included on my last stay).
