The hotel is in great location and was clean and tidy, staff was friendly. This was my second visit to dhaka and we stayed here both times, planning to use them again.

Fantastic location for airport passengers, but the food is a little bit costly. Their shuttle service could be better.
The staff was amazing
Nice and clean
They need check the before the guest in. Fridge is not working, no desk or table lamps. One broken iron. No hunger in the cupboard.
The staff were very helpful polite and went beyond.
The room was clean and had all essentials toothbrush/ toiletries/ hair dryer were provided.
We left before breakfast time prompt breakfast was sent to my room. No delays in any of the situations food / pick drop to airport. Excellent service definitely would go again and already have recommended to family and friends
