It’s a fine value for one very short night.

Location, and it’s a quiet neighborhood

Cons:

My room had one small window way up high. Even with a weak floor fan, the room felt airless, claustrophobic. It felt like I was in prison.
No furniture on which to set your belongings, not even a luggage rack.
