The bed but I bring my own sheet I didn't see a blanket so it was too thin
I'm an old school woman I prefer someone to hand me money or card if I hand it to you to lay it on the counter to me is disrespectful
As I was trying to walk towards my door they had brooms and stuff in the way so I had to step over it
I started to get comfortable however there was a fire outside near the pole so I said that was my exit sign I took a video of it cuz I couldn't believe it
I went up to check out but they were on their phones briefly until I said fire and they looked up
Nothing. Nasty and staff are rude.

Our room was clean. The Cable worked. AC worked.
No cold water in shower. The facility itself was filthy. Carpets dirty. Walls filthy. Elevators out of order and filthy. No AC in the facility itself.
Their location was fine and the breakfast was OK. The microwave could’ve been cleaned out better but the main problem was that an amenities. The website said they had a pool and it was open when I called before I checked in. They also said that the pool was open and available so the first two nights and days that I was there they said that it’s not open because there was too much chemicals or something in it that it should be open the next day and it was not so I had to spend extra money by paying to take my family swimming.

The place is extremely dirty, smells horrible and not for families. Roaches everywhere greets you when you get in the room.

This place needs a renovation and the staff does not speak or understand english clearly. They had not towels in the room or washcloths , then i went to the desk 1 towel for four people , then , no clean washcloth in the entire hotel wth how is that possible?
Pool was mirky could not see bottom and chemical didnt looked dissolved but i was told same morning it was cleaned n treated didnt smell any chlorine either?We decided to not stay the night after pulling back the sheets on the bed white sheets with permanent stains everywhere bedshirts looked like there was dried up semen on them. Tub was dirty , they need a redo but the lack of cleanliness is not safe and the fire dept came and building evacuated Im 48 yo and have been staying at hotel and motels this is by far one of the most ran down properties ive come across.
The security guards overnight were helpful seem to be the only understanding people there maybe they should manage it and run it.
Just about everything from bedbug's to needles under sofa bed and bloody cap under bed to blood on the bed and feces. The staff was very unprofessional from no linens with housekeeping to customer service talking to us like children and yelling at us at check in. Soap and old razors being left in bathroom when we arrived along with clogged sink. Out back of hotel had junkies and drug caps bags and needles all around. Overall I think hotel should be condemned and I would never recommend it to anyone. I would love a to full to maybe a partial refund from Booking and Quality inn I highly doubt it will happen but I paid for nothing but a major headache and it definitely maybe my life more complicated and lighter in the pocket for sure.
The shuttle was on time and the drive was very nice
The area wasn't great, there was no air conditioning in the hotel outside of the room and even that was stuffy. The floors were damp in our room, the tv didn't work and when I tried to call the front desk, the phone also did not work. The beds were AWFUL I was folded into the bed.
