Quality Hotel Philadelphia Airport

The smell the lack of towels and wash cloths even if i bring my own it still should be enough...paid multiple days pool was not ready

It was very dirty. They don’t know how to clean

Took 50 minutes to get into room Key card kept getting updated Went back and forth to front desk Three times until receptionist came with me last time and let me in Found out it was key pad I have cain hard to walk back and forth And asked before hand by phone with this location if i could use pool with early check in and told yes Was told just ask when check in Pool was closed for construction If told ahead of time i would not have stayed here Needed the pool for legs and Back I want a refund and Phone call from Owner 1-608-712-4824 Mike

Sheets were dirty, bed was on the floor

This place needs to be deeper clean. Cleaning staff is just waiting around while the place is completely dirty.terrible breakfast. Pool was dirty. Hallway and staircase was dirty.

Honestly, you get what you pay for. Let’s just say some of the clientele left much to be desired. Not the staff’s fault. Unfortunately as soon as I got there for checkin, I witnessed a yelling aggressive man that was staying at the hotel, two police officers and the staff evicting the man. Was a bit scary but we just needed somewhere cheap and close to the airport to sleep. The staff handled the situation as best they could but this was a one and done for me.

Ongelooflijk smerige en niet onderhouden en schoongemaakt verblijf. Zowel de algemene ruimtes en de hotelkamers. Overal haren en etensresten van de vorige gasten op de hotelkamer. Open vuilnis in de gangen en op het parkeerterrein. Onbehulpzaam personeel. Telefoon voor shuttle bus wordt niet opgenomen. Zelfs de sleutel zat onder de chocolade resten van de vorige gebruiker.

Run down, carpet disgusting in the bedroom. Hand prints on the headboard. Hookers using the hotel. Stay away

The rooms were dirty. Broken furniture and light fixtures. Vagrant people hanging in the lobby. Toothbrushes were left from previous guests. Not enough towels. Dirty clothing left in the hallways. Wires hanging from ceilings.

The staff could barely speak English, they were clearly not happy in there job. My room and the corridors smell, nothing worked the AC, the pop-up plug in the sink didn't work , the curtains couldn't be opened more than 2 or 3 feet, the safe didn't, work breakfast was a repugnant serve yourself slop on paper plates paper cups and plastic knives and forks which snapped, it is a very very tired hotel carpets, decorations, beds, bedroom furniture, was probably second hand when they bought it 40 years ago its falling apart, the pool if you could call it that was just green slime, ohhh the ice machine did actually work, it took 23 phone calls in a period of 1 hour to get the free shuttle bus to come and pick me up. When I rang the staff would simply hang up on me or put me on hold until I got sick of waiting, I eventually got through and spoke to someone in accounts. And its not that cheap. Do yourself a favour and sleep on the airport floor.

The hotel is dirty to be honest. I just needed a place to nap and the bed wasn’t clean or comfortable as I would like. There was a weird smell getting off the elevator and not to mention literally trash in the hallways
