The place, the calm, the personnel was very kind welcoming and helpful

The rooms were very clean, they clean the room twice a day, the service/staff is also so good. The breakfast was also delicious!

Everything was exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property is beautiful, spotless, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. The room was comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ubud.

Tesis, odalar ve çalışanlar gayet iyiydi. Odaların temizliği, dekorasyonuna diyecek bir kelimem yok. Otel gerçekten özenle inşa edilmiş, çalışanları oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımsever.

Alojamiento ubicado a las afueras de Ubud, zona muy tranquila, perfecto para descansar. Personal increible, muy atentos, amables y pendientes de hacer tu estancia perfecta. Desayuno riquisimo, zonas comunes cuidadas y habitaciones bien conservadas y limpias.

Rooms , piscine view rien à dire

Posto pulito e ben curato. Personale molto gentile, educato e con il sorriso. Fanno tutto per accontentare i clienti. Si posto c’è tutto il necessario. Un pensiero un particolare per Bayu che e stato molto dolce e disponibile con noi.

Upea ja rauhallinen hotelli riisipeltojen keskellä. Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvät palvelut. Hotellin ravintolassa oli todella hyvää ruokaa.

J’ai sincèrement adoré mon séjour, c’est l’une de mes plus belles expériences à Bali. La chambre était très bien équipée, impeccablement propre, avec une belle vue. Le personnel s’est montré d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme exceptionnels, toujours disponible et attentionné. Je recommande vivement cet établissement sans hésiter

Nice room - very, very good breakfast- with very flexible timing. Great helpful stuff. Good restaurant. All together was according the expectations. My advice if you need to go somewhere - just order transfer in the hotel- you will avoid inconvenience connected with hard last mile to the hotel, hotel drivers get used to it & you will be fine as well.

Our stay at Emana Akatara exceeded all expectations! This is the kind of place where you feel not just like a guest, but like a welcomed family member.

The service is truly top-notch. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and — which was a pleasant surprise — there were absolutely no insects. Special mention goes to the personal touch: the staff genuinely care about every guest, showing warmth and friendliness — you truly feel at home.

Breakfasts deserve a separate praise: great selection, beautiful presentation, and absolutely delicious! And after breakfast, you can head to the spa for wonderful massages or take a dip in the pool with a stunning view.
