La deco, l emplacement , le service

Cons:

Une information sur les délais du voiturier permettrait d anticiper,
Le refus du chien en salle des repas devrait être compenser par la prise en charge du service en chambre

Courteous and friendly staff. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast buffet.
Pros:

The staff are extremely helpful, polite and friendly. I know some of this comes from training.....but it was more than this. They seem to buy into the program. Even the people that clean the rooms.

Cons:

Other than getting the rooms for free.....seriously...nothing comes to mind.

Bellissima oasi nel cuore della cittadina
Pros:

Struttura nuova, moderna , linee essenziali eleganti e pulite … bellissima la vista dal rooftop e bello il ristorante ( apprezzata la musica dal vivo) bella la spa e palestra, così come la sala colazioni -purtroppo non gode di una bella vista

Cons:

La struttura è aperta da poco ed ovviamente ci sono alcune migliorie attuabili ma nel complesso è un ottimo hotel

Beautiful, modern hotel with one of the best terraces and views in Sanremo; the only drawback is the limited storage spa
Pros:

The terrace upstairs is the best thing ever!! You have a view of the city, sea- everything!! Really beautiful.

Cons:

Not enough drawers for my clothes. Not a single place for larger luggage to be stored or placed.
