Pros:

Le personnel est très professionnel, gentil et à l'écoute.
Les chambres sont très bien et le spa est très propre et agréable.

Cons:

Je trouve ça dommage de devoir repayer pour une simple omelette au petit-déjeuner. C'est le genre de détail qui ne devrait pas être en supplément dans un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Prachtig hotel in centrum van San Remo. Ruime badkamer. Heerlijk ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Gelegenheid om via hotel bij beach club op bedjes te liggen bij strand. Parkeren via valet parking.

Customer relationship, the Spa, the rooftop, clean and new renovated , breakfast.

Cons:

Location is very crowded, rooms are smalls, overpriced, 5* at the coast but no outdoor pool or private beach, not suitable for summer vacation , but maybe autumn or spring vacation would be better

Prijatan boravak, ali ne baš pet zvezdica.
Pros:

Sa pozitivne strane, veoma mi se dopao restoran na poslednjem spratu, kao i apartman u kojem smo bili smešteni. Doručak je bio dobar, a teretana solidna. Ipak, celokupno iskustvo nije bilo u potpunosti na nivou hotela sa pet zvezdica.

Cons:

The hotel did not fully meet my expectations. It does not have a private beach, and the partner beach does not offer the level of quality and service one would expect from a five-star hotel. The hotel also charges €40 per day for parking, while a public car park directly across the street costs €25.

The hotel does not provide an electric vehicle charging station either. Fortunately, there is one located across the street.

On the positive side, the breakfast was good and the gym was decent. Overall, however, the experience did not match five-star standards.

Cons:

Le personnel a l’accueil était (pour la plus part) tres désagréable.
Le quartier est très, tres, bruyant. La decoration est pas mal mais mais ne sommes pas sur un niveaux 5stars luxury (utilisation de la couleur vert pomme criard, pas de baignoire dans la suite présidentielle ni dans la junior suite, pas de piscine extérieure, partenariat avec une plage payante sans garantie de place, parking payant (40€ les 24€)…C’est un bel hotel mais les prix sont beaucoup trop élevés pour le niveau de prestation. Nous avons demandé un upgrade en Junior Suite. +300€ la nuit (nous sommes restes 2 nuits.
