We had a wonderful stay at the Craigside Manor Hotel, and we are looking forward to staying again!
Pros:

The hotel is situated a short distance from Llandudno's North shore, and many rooms have wonderful views of the Little Orme, and/or the sea. We enjoyed breakfast every morning in the spacy and pleasant restaurant. The food was very good - especially the Eggs Benedict / Royal, and the staff there are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. (We got to know some of the staff a little: Joe, Peter and Richard were particularly warm and helpful.) We returned mid-afternoon for a meal each day, and found the 'fixed-price' menu to be well worth it. Our room was comfortable, and we slept well each night. The room was cleaned daily, and towels changed if needed. The TV was well situated, though channel reception was 'touch and go' at times, due to the proximity of the Little Orme.

Cons:

The only reason that we have not given a '10/10' rating is due to initially encountering a problem accessing our 'booked' room, due to a problem with the 'key entry system', which necessitated us being given a different room. However, this was no fault of the Hotel, nor staff, but due to teething problems with the relatively new key-based system. Laura, the Hotel's General Manager personally resolved the issue for us promptly without any fuss, and she couldn't have been more helpful.
The only other slight criticism is that our room had no 'mirror' above the main dresser / table for me to get ready in front of etc. (The TV was fixed on the wall directly above it, facing the bed), This meant I had to stand in front of the bathroom mirror to do so: we simply bought a small mirror ourselves, but feel that it would have been helpful if mirror could have been supplied, or fitted below the TV.
