It’s really good location and good hotel but the food is really amazing
Unfortunately that this time was the Wi-Fi and tv channels are broken down on the night due to internet issues and made me felt worse for my mental well being. But you can have a good 5km run from this hotel to Llandudno

The few from the bedroom window....was rocks . Has to wait for a member of staff to book us in .
The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices to suit every pallet.
The staff were very helpful especially Jo. He played a key part in the management and in repairing equipment efficiently. He helped me with Google Maps on my mobile and linked it to the sat nav on my car. For a lady travelling alone these days it is very important for safety reasons. I was really grateful. I will recommend the Manor to all my family and friends.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good food - staff always asked about allergies etc. Very clean.
There was not enough information on Booking.com re rooms. The room we were offered had five steps leading down between main door and bedroom. It was close to the crag side which was covered with trees and made it very dark. Ok if you were just staying 1 night but we were there for 5. Luckily, the manager found us another room facing the sea but we had to pay extra.
Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Haus, die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war super - würde ich definitiv empfehlen.
Im Zimmer war es nachts relativ kühl. Das kann an der Übergangszeit oder der Nachtabschaltung gelegen haben.
