● 21-15 days before arrival 45 % of the reservation amount

Großes modernes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und sehr zentrale Lage mit idealer Anbindung
Pros:

Zimmer war sehr groß. Mobiliar war neu und meines Erachtens flexibel von Doppel- auf zwei Einzelbetten bzw. sogar auf ein 3-Bett-Zimmer anpassbar. Großer Schrank und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Zwei Schreibtische und Balkon.
Beim Frühstück war unseres Erachtens fast alles vorhanden. Sehr guter Kaffee aus einem Julius Meinl-Vollautomaten. Bereits beim ersten Frühstück wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass wir uns bei Wünschen oder Fehlendem melden können. Top.
Lage sehr gut. Je nach Tempo etwa 10 Minuten zur Promenade bzw. ins Zentrum von Meran.
Beide Wanderungen konnten direkt vom Hotel gestartet werden. Zusätzlich Haltestellen mit sehr guter Frequenz für Wanderungen bzw. Gondeln außerhalb.

Cons:

Eventuell ganze Brote und ein Brotmesser – möglicherweise in Italien eher unüblich. Zum Aufschneiden, auch für Gebäck, wird das jedoch gerne genutzt. Wäre bei Nachfrage vermutlich erhältlich gewesen - bzw. ev. auch übersehen

Hervorragend.
Pros:

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Wir haben überhaupt nicht mit einem so tollen Hotel gerechnet. Das Personal war super, die Zimmer total in Ordnung und blitzesauber, der Wellness Bereich einfach schön. Wir kommen wieder.

Cons:

Gar nichts, es hat alles gepasst.

Rundum war es ein schöner Urlaub - die Anbindung zu Verkehrsmittel war top.
Cons:

Auf dem Zimmer war nur ein Sessel und das Sitzen auf einem Hocker war sehr unbequem! Die Qualität des Fernsehgerätes ließ zu wünschen übrig! Zum Glück hatten wir gutes Wetter.

Erholung pur!
Pros:

Das sehr freundliche Personal, die Ruhe und das gut organisierte Frühstück sind absolut klasse. Auch der Sauna- und Ruhebereich ist super schön gemacht und bietet eine Mega Aussicht.

Cons:

Da gibt es eigentlich nichts. Man könnte höchstens das Frühstücksangebot noch etwas erweitern.

gerne wieder
Pros:

sehr zentral und ruhig in dem Villenviertel Obermais gelegen, toller Ausblick auf die Berge und auf Meran, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
