Pros:

Прекрасные номера, хороший ремонт, удобные кровати. Если надо выспаться - прекрасно

Cons:

Локация ужасная. Дорога так же жесть, просто в поле и навигатор не показывает, надо звонить и уточнять как проехать
Разворота на грунтовку с трассы рядом нет - в одну сторону около 5км в другую 15ть где-то надо дополнительно проехать.
Если дожди - думаю это вообще жесть.
Моя белая машина стала жутко грязной, погода была сухая(((( вся в пыли и глине ((((
Это отдельно стоящее здание среди карьеров далеко от трассы.......
Подходит только переночевать один раз.
