Pros:

Great view on the lagoon. Good connection with water bus. 20 minutes walk from train station. Nice atmosphere. Very good value for the money.

Based on my review, I felt it was overpriced. 
Pros:

Excellent location. Steps away from the vaporetto to the airport.

Cons:

It was quite loud. The showerhead was broken, there was no hot water at 6:30 AM. Try to heat water on the magnetic induction cooktop, but the pots were incompatible.

Super Unterkunft abseits der Touristenströme. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
Pros:

Tadelloses Zimmer, sehr gute Betten, Blick aufs Meer, perfekter Zimmerservice, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen - ein Punkt weniger wegen des Lärmes, den man von der Vaporettostation am Abend wahrnimmt. Aber es ist ein großer Vorteil direkt an der Bootsanlegestelle zu wohnen und in der zweiten Nacht ist der Lärm bereits integriert.

Ein ungewöhnlicher, nachhaltiger Aufenthalt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer hatte ein seitlicher Meerblick. Das Badezimmer war komfortabel.

Cons:

Es war bei Öffnung der Fenster sehr laut.

Great stay, would recommend!
Pros:

Great stay! Huge room, bathroom and windows. Friendly staff and near a beautiful church with a café outside.

Cons:

A bit further from the main area but close enough to walk all places (between 15-20 mins). Bed is two singles pushed together and a bit firm.

Ich komme wieder- um mich noch einmal mehr in Cannaregio umzusehen!
Pros:

perfekt für mich (eine Person) auf meinem Kurztrip nach Venedig - genial ist die Lage direkt an der Alilaguna Haltestelle - und die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig - hat aber alles was man braucht! - gerne wieder !!!

1/2 of the bed was terrible-we were in the handicap room,(we are not handicapped) you really need a new mattress.

Pros:

Sentralt plassert, lettvint med båten fra flyplassen og rett inn. Ligger i et rolig strøk, noen restaurantetilbud i nærheten, og litt støy fra fergetrafikken trekker marginalt ned. Med 10 min. gange til mange restauranter, butikker og hovedgatene med canal grande og tilsvarende mot canneraggio er stedet virkelig å anbefale.

Pros:

Great location, great rooms, great stuff, vaporetto station literally half minute away, soundproof windows and walls.

Cons:

The airconditioning couldnt be turn on because its not the season yet. OK i get it, its not season yet but in the sunny side of our room was 27 degree and was very humid during the day. Please let me decide if i like to be steamed or I like nice temperature after a half day hot walk under the sun. Keeping our laguage was not safe at all. Everybody had to store their stuff in one room with no locking or survilence. Literally nothing would have stop me to take sombody else's backpack or laguage, or if not take them just open them and take out whatever I like. I understand the trust you guys have but apart from this was the best stay in venice for me, I wasnt feel comfortable to leave all my stuff in a room filled with at least 10 more backpack with no locker survialance or something. Makeing something similar like clothes storages do would be great, when the guest get a billet or a coin in exchange for his backpack and the staff only give those back when they show them the coin, not letting anyone in the storage room free to open any laguage they want.

One huge blanket for a king size bed, I think is not enough, I dont like to fight for my blanket during the night with my partner. Two small blanket would be better with actual covers not just plain blankets with a bed sheet under it what I have to fold back at the top to not thouch the inside
