Pros:

you've got a home away from home while you're staying here
it's fun coming back to your room and being able to hang with the staff who are friendly and able to assist you with your schedule and activities. Ta was always there to help. He arranged daily reservations for me to visit places and and get to and from train stations and airport.

Cons:

Sad to see the neighbors keeping wild birds in cages just for their bird calls
