Relaxing, easy, beautiful
Pros:

The room was enormous and had a little porch right off the room where we could see the ocean. Staff was amazing, Linda speaks better English than any other guesthouse host we met in 2 1/2 weeks in Albania and was incredibly friendly. Really great value.

Cons:

The property isn't really walkable to anywhere. If you're looking for relaxing vibes, though, this is it!!

Brilliant
Pros:

Lovely place, great hospitality, you really feel at home. Linda, the owner, is an absolute gem. Really enjoyed my stay. Comfortable bed, great nights sleep, conveniently located to Bunec beach. Got to watch the football in the bar area even.

Cons:

Everything was great, just a kettle in my room for a cup of tea ;)

Laut und ungemütlich - erfüllt aber seinen Zweck.
Pros:

Großes Zimmer. Kurzfristige Buchung problemlos.

Cons:

Direkt an der Straße wird man die ganze Nacht von Motoren therapiert. Frühstück war nichts für uns. Ausblick ist ganz anders als auf dem Bild der Anzeige.

Pros:

We loved the stay at the Seaview Bunec! The hotel is very nice, the rooms were very clean, and the staff was amazing! We loved Linda and her staff, they were really welcoming and very easy to talk to for any information or requests that we had. The breakfast was also very good. The location is close to Bunec Beach, but also a 20-25 minute ride to public beaches such as Kakome and Lukove which have beautiful clear waters. The evenings at the hotel are also very calm and relaxing. We will definetly return!!

Rummet behöver lite kärlek då det var lösa delar i duschen, takfläkten satt löst och frysen står och vinglar.

Servitrisen var jättetrevlig och hjälpsamma.

Cons:

Frukosten var inte färsk, kändes som om att de la fram flera dagar gamla ägg och pannkakor. Hotellet var hjälpsam i början, vi kom fram kl 20:20 och fick ta med oss mat från restaurangen upp till rummet, dag 2 fick vi också ta upp mat, men dag 3 tog det stopp, blev ifrågasatt om varför vi vill äta på rummet och att det inte finns någonstans att äta på rummet, trots att det finns en balkong med bord och 2 stolar.

Det förstörde tyvärr hela upplevelsen, vissa dagar är man trött och orkar helt enkelt inte att sitta bland människor. Vi fick åka ut och köpa mat från en närliggande restaurang och ta med upp till rummet. Läget är helt ok om man har bil, annars inte bra alls. Over all 3/10.

A parte il personale per me un grande no
Pros:

Lo staff era molto cordiale, dal ragazzo che serviva ai tavoli molto gentile, dalla signora con cui abbiamo scambiato qualche chiacchiera.
Colazione varia da salato al dolce.
Parcheggio disponibile e ampio.
Posizione ottima per spiagge bellissime da raggiungere in ogni caso in macchina.

Cons:

Purtroppo la stanza assegnata non era quella che avevamo visto al momento della prenotazione. Era all"ultimo piano e le scale sono scivolose e non tanto pulite, una sera ilio compagno è anche scivolato ma per fortuna non si è fatto niente.
Non avevamo il terrazzo ma una vetrata, bellissima la vista ma per gente che è venuta in vacanza e la sera deve asciugare la roba non è il massimo perché non sapevi dove stenderla visto che la ringhiera era sporca.

Il bagno un incubo, non c'era tenda né vetro, se qualcuno si faceva la doccia non potevi entrare per le prossime due ore perché rimaneva allagato.

Il phon non era nemmeno attaccato al muro, le prese sono tre, una in bagno(allagato), una vicino alla vetrata e una in un comodino.

Non hai appoggio, hai un armadio ma il bagno è così piccolo che non ci puoi mettere spazzolino o altre cose.

In 5 giorni che siamo stati lì non hanno mai pulito la camera né cambiato gli asciugamani o la carta igienica. Siamo dovuti andare noi a chiedere tutto. Tra l'altro non puoi buttare la carta igienica nel wc ma in un cestino minuscolo, alla fine lo abbiamo svuotato noi un giorno perché capite che non era molto igienico.

La strada è molto rumorosa e il frigo presente in camera anche.

L'aria condizionata posizionata in prossimità del letto, se l'accendevi morivi di freddo, se la spegnevi motivi di caldo. Se aprivi le finestre non dormivi per le gare tra macchine che si tenevano in strada.

Cuscino e materasso scomodissimi ma questo penso sia soggettivo.
Da quel che ho capito ci sono due tipi di stanze, sperate solo di non finire della 301.

Peccato perché avrebbero un gran potenziale

Prezzo troppo alto rispetto alla qualità.

Parfait pour ce que nous recherchions : un peu de calme sur la Riviera.
Pros:

Le plaisir d un hôtel un peu isolée de toutes la cohue de la Riviera. Chambrés confortables et très propres, personnel adorable et très bon petit déjeuner. La plage la plus proche et vraiment très sympa

Adorámos a simpatia dos funcionários, e a localização com uma vista incrível para o mar.

Cons:

A cama e as almofadas podiam ser mais confortáveis e podia haver uma pequena luz de mesa para não ser necessário acender a luz principal do quarto durante a noite.
