Correct
Pros:

Emplacement pratique, un peu à l extérieur du centre mais proche de la gare et de la gare routière.
Centre facilement accessible.

Cons:

Déco un peu vieillotte. Mériterait une rénovation .
Une bouilloire dispo mais pas de sachets de thé ou de café. Dommage.

Clean,separeted rooms,a bit noisy in the morning due to street service

Two separate rooms :master room and children room devided by corridor

Cons:

Located in the centre:noise in the morning about 6:50 -garbage machine,cafe with loud music started to opened.On the street outside beer bar-was not crowded but could be noisy on weekends.staying for one night after long trip-wanted to get rest and get sleep as much as possible,but was awaking due to noise outside.Maybe could improve soundproofing?

Cons:

I hate self-checkin, of course the code to my room didn't work, luckily I arrived during the day and got sorted quickly after phonecalling for help but had that been during the night I'd probably sleep in the hall.

Skvělý hotýlek na naprosto jedinečném místě v historickém centru Karlových Var.
Pros:

Skvělá lokalita na pěší zóně v blízkosti autobusového terminálu i Tržnice a jen 5 minut od hotelu Thermal. Pokoj i koupelna skvěle uklizené, povlaky naprosto dokonale super příjemné, vůbec se nám nechtělo vstávat :-)
Na pokoji je také funkční a dobrý stropní větrák.
Hotel také skvěle a rychle komunikoval a poslal i jednoduché a srozumitelné instrukce na rychlý check-in.

Cons:

Ocenila bych varnou konvici na pokoji, děláme si často čaj a kávu.
Hotel je bez výtahu, což nám nevadilo, ale lidé s horší pohyblivostí či mnoha zavazadly by to nemuseli zvládnout vyjít až do posledního patra.
Bylo by super, kdyby bylo možné si po check-outu uschovat zavazadla v hotelu až do večera, když je to z něj tak blízko k terminálu autobusu. Personál byl ale velice milý a nabídl nám úschovu alespoň do 14:30.
